  Driver ***** arrived early and waited patiently on both legs of my vacation. Very professional and proactive. He noted the street closures for my return ride and made sure that I knew where he was allowed to pick my party up. I will definitely use him the next time I need to go to *******!

  I made reservations with AmRIde about 10 days before I needed someone to drive me to **** ****** Hospital in Boston from RI early in the AM and then to make the return trip in the early evening. I had three medical appointments at the hospital throughout the day. I paid in full. The Friday before the date of the trip, I called to confirm. The trip was confirmed. Then I received a call from AmRide about 18 hours before the departure time, on a Sunday, cancelling. I was left in the lurch with almost no time to make other arrangements. They say that they will reimburse me, but that is little consolation. Unacceptable service.

  We regret this occurred, when clients book a ride they are informed the ride is not confirmed until a driver is assigned. Our representative should have kept the client updated, and they did not and this is a break in our protocol.  We are addressing this with the representative to avoid this issue in the future.

  AmRide may be a complete scam. I'm not sure whether a ride a scheduled would have shown up.
  At any rate, I canceled the ride and have been trying unsuccessfully to get a review of $1688.60. The people who answer the phone are forever going to the "finance dept." to check or to a supervisor.
  When I asked if I could speak with a supervisor they told me their phone line doesn't connect to him.
  They could not get a *** rating, I'm sure, unless *** started offering negative stars.
  Stay away!
  I have to select one start in order to get the review published.

  Terrible experience with this company. I was assured if I booked my ride early it would be guaranteed. I guess 3 months wasn’t early enough? I was in contact with the driver the day of my trip. He told me he was 5 min from the airport. After an hr of waiting he wouldn’t answer his phone & it wouldn’t accept messages. Then I get a text saying he was 2 min away. After 3 hrs of waiting, many phone calls to AM Ride, I went with a different company. I did get a sorry from them & my $ refunded after calling them several times. Very stressful!!!!

  Booked a ride from *********, ** to *********, ** with AmRide. The service was exceptional and the Chauffeur, ***************************, was a true professional. I would surely recommend AmRide to any one traveling interstate or within State.

  This company is bad. I called them early in the morning to book a ride to the airport. They provided me with a quote which I accepted, then I get a call at 9:00pm letting me know that the rate was double .
  What do you do? Accept it because at that time where are you going to get another ride? What a scam this company is

  From the Driver perspective, they are very unprofessional too. I was hired for a trip and promised a specific dollar amount. After almost 3 weeks after the job I finally got paid, but not the promised amount. It was almost 40% less then agreed to. They would not respond to emails or calls. Absolute fraudulent company.

  I scheduled a ride. The driver never showed up and I had to take alternate transportation. After three weeks and repeated emails they still have not refunded my money.

  By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Amride willingly took my deposit and then cancelled my ride later the same day due to the fact they could not find a driver. I have never received my deposit back and they continue to give me the runaround almost two months after my scheduled trip. They will not return my calls and no longer respond to my emails. Beware. This is a fraudulent company that is not concerned about the customer.

  I schedule a taxi and was told by the dispatch Jordan G**** that as long as I cancel before my driver shows up I would receive a refund. I canceled my ride one hour before my pick up time and then I was charged for the ride and told no refund would be given, she lied.
