Ok, I contacted H32**3332303631323031H Inc.Was referred by a Machanic. The two are friends. When talking to , **** the owner of H32**3332303631323031H. Inc.we decided upon a price of $2200.00...for doing a rebuild on my transmission. I left the vehicle. It was arranged to have a transmission rebuilt. When I received a call. The transmission was ******* was told to me that the transmission only needed a tourqe converter. I paid in full .$2275.00.I have a receipt. And a warranty contract. 1-year or x-amount of ******** that point I was satisfied. Didn&#**;t matter the transmission wasn&#**;t rebuilt. It was to be completely fixed. The money was irrelevant. The vehicle was supposedly done And done correctly. It wasn&#**;t. The next day there was a puddle of transmission fluid under my van also the alinement of the gear pattern on the steering column was of set.I called, **** the owner. He said bring the van in. It would be fixed. I was then called again by **** stating the vehicle was finished. I could go and pick it up.I ****** this point I was told that he/ they replaced the transmission with one that was in the shop.I was okay with this. It had issues right off the bat. The column was still out of alinement. And this transmission also leaked. The transmission doesn&#**;t work properly. It clanks when putting it in gear.only periodically ********* doesn&#**;t have a smooth acceleration, ** times. I then took the vehicle back per request of the owner after I called em and brought up these issues. **** then said bring in the vehicle. I did I&#**;ve had the vehicle in the shop 4 ******** this point. Also at this point I got in touch with **** ******. Consumer affairs. I was told. That as long as **** the owner. Keep up with taking the vehicle in under warranty. There was nothing I can do. I called, **** the owner. And put it in a group chat.format with the person from Consumer affairs. In this communication. It was stated by, **** the owner of *************************** Exact words. (I don&#**;t want too see your car. ) this I have in that communication. Saved on my phone. In a group chat format. I have videos of the transmission. Actually in real Time dripping fluid.i have video of the built up transmission fluid puddling up under the vehicle. I mentioned in one of my communications with the H363137**3238313831H. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT TAKING THE VEHICLE BACK .I Am under duress with anxiety. Taking the vehicle back. I&#**;m afraid of retaliation in the form of more shoddy workmanship. Or the transmission shop keeping the vehicle longer than necessary. During are conversation it was mentioned what are my intentions. Do I Want a repair. Do I want reimbursement of said payment. (I want my vehicle fixed. ) Thank you for your time and consideration.
