    i didn't call this business my apartment complex has an contract/ account with DTS ******************** AND RECOVERY I was parked in the disable parking and didn't have a sticker and it wasn't a sign there just the blue lines and the wheelchair and I acknowledged that , but this company damaged underneath the bottom of my car I didn't notice until I drove less than .6 miles car felt funny and it didn't feel like that before I got towed . they charged me 290 dollars to retrieve my car. I am very upset, where my car was parked it scratch marks on the ground, I've let the company know they said they aren't paying for the damages and the apartments said they aren't response for the damage's

    I was illegally towed in from of ************ by two aggressive, hostile men. I parked and went into the restaurant and bought a drink. Then went outside and drank it while I waited to pick up my food. In the 8-10 mins I was waiting these opportunists tried to steal my car. I ran them down and they aggressively hustled me out of money under threat of violence. The driver made reference to a weapon in his tow truck when I called them out on them stealing and being low lifes. Which they are. In the ************ so they dragged my car and tore up the tire. The driver was a greedy angry young man who was ******* like an F1 pit crew to reel in his wrongful catch.

    On 8/5/23, my car was towed by DTS. Not only did they break the side mirror on my car, they refused to provide a receipt. I understand being towed but something sketchy is going on here.

    We got permission from the premise to park there and they said we could stay parked there but to move the vehicle to a closer spot to the restraint we were then getting food at. Within minutes the car was towed. We spoke to the tow truck driver and explained we had permission to park. We then went back into to confirm this premision. The tow driver **** said he didnt car and when police were mention he said he was above the law and they would not mess with him. We had to Uber to the place. On the way to the place, the driver was racing to get there first. He did many traffic violations just as speeding, not stopping at a stop sign and cutting us off to cut through a gas station to avoid a red light. They would not allow inspection of the vehicle inside or out. The tow truck driver even stated in front of the employee with the report in hand that he would f*** me if I parked there again. The employee with the receipt asked him to not talk to women like that. The card was charged twice. They then ended up giving some back in cash. We left with a new dent on the car. Minutes later, we were required to then Venmo them $120. They did not provide a receipt upon request and the police call is not being found that they reported the vehicle. Its a threat to the community to have this establishment open. I would be terrified to be alone there. ******************* was stated as the owner but had no contact information. Please thoroughly investigate this place as they are predictors and a lawful establishment.

    On June 29 at 6:04 PM I arrived at the ************ parking lot to meet my friend so that we could grab some food. The parking lot at ******************************* is monitored by cameras by *** towing at ******************************************************** which captured evidence of my parking, walking around for a few minutes, returning to my car to wait for my friend, greeting my friend, and going into the Harvest Bowll restaurant.*** said they monitor the property via video and determine if they should tow. while outside the *** manager saidLook up - see that camera - thats how we watch you. He was watching us )Harvest Bowl employee, my friend, and me at that very moment).I walked out of camera view )couple of minutes)and 1 hour later I was towed. *** confirmed I was on video returning right back to my car to wait for my friend. She arrived & we ate at Harvest Bowl for over 2 hours. Confirmed by receipts, servers, and video. Still *** didnt admit error. I could pay or *** civilly which costs more than I could afford. I spoke/texted *** the next day and told I was lucky I didnt go to court since their lawyers would have bombarded me with lawyers fees, the cost for the towing, and more. the entire video shows that I was a patron at harvest bowl and did not in anyway go to another business. I arrived at harvest bowl at 6:04 PM & *** towed my car at 7:02 PM - confirmed by tow receipt. The manager of harvest bowl. Also spoke with *** to have them release my car since the employee is all backed me up. The *** manager lied to the manager of harvest bowl saying that I was away from my car for 20 minutes and went to a restaurant named the sea house. *** would not show me the video, would not show the police the video, and the only way I could actually get it seen would be in small claims court when subpoenaed but when all is said and done, I would have to put up so much money to even file a bond and small claims court costs, subpoena costs, etc. I had no choice but to get my car.***=bad practices.

    Rental vehicle towed from parking lot while picking up meal and then returning to center where vehicles was parked to buy water (on location). Towing company refusing to release vehicle saying to call owner in 5 days.I am our of town and need rental to get back home and tow company is laughing at me and hanging up tell me that I am screwed. They say its a recorded line when I call
