    A bout a year and a few months ago, I got my final inspection from the ******************** **. I start receiving my first light bill which was ******, ******, ******. ******, ******, ******, ******, ****** ******, ******, 250.32.120,30 ******, ******, ****** in addition to the light bills I have to pay my solar panels bills of ****** every month for the next 25 years. The COMPLETE PLETE COST IS *********. Due to the sporadic light bills I call Solar Lab out to check the system, they told me that my CTs was installed in the wrong spot and a NO# ** broker in the wrong spot, he swop the ** ****** , said he cachet swap the CTs, cost $******. so I call Solar Boss he charge me ****** and 1,3000.00 to swap them around. He said I need 30 more Solar panels so my system can support this household.

    I got the panels installed in July of 2020, I had a lot of problems with them after the installment. Now I received a call from the utility company telling me the panels have not been producing since last month. I tried contacting every number I have no answer. Some of them are not even working anymore. I don't know what to do.

    In July of 2022 I met with *********************** (initial mtg) and ******************* (follow-up mtg) and discussed solar options. In need of a new roof, I decided to move forward with a roof replacement and solar panels. Financing for the project was with GoodLeap with Modern Concepts completing the solar and ****************, the roof. I did not hear from anyone for several months, so I tried to connect with someone to determine the status of the projects. I was unable to reach anyone. In March 2023, I decided to contact my bank to secure funding for my projects at which time a title search was completed. This search revealed a Notice of Commencement was filed by Modern Concepts on Nov 3, 2022. After much inquiry, I was informed by ***** that Modern Concepts went under and GoodLeap would be taking over the solar project. On April 1, 2023, I spoke with ****** at GoodLeap and requested to have my financing application cancelled. She confirmed that Modern Concepts was no longer in business. I explained that I needed some form of documentation indicating no work was started on open on my property or anything indicating I did not owe them or anyone so I could file the Notice of Termination and proceed with my bank to have the work done. My issue was referred to ************************* in Partner ************** who escalated my issue to the Management team to assist. GoodLeap attempted to reach a rep from Modern Concepts to no avail and was trying to work with their contractor to secure something for me to proceed. On April 28, 2023, I received a call from ********************* of GoodLeap, who sent a message showing my loan was cancelled and confirmed Modern Concepts did go out of business. ***** indicated that is all she could do at this point. I reached back out to my bank and unless I can get an affidavit from from a rep with Modern Concepts, my loan commitment date will expire on May 23, 2023 and I will have to wait until Nov 2023 before I can reapply at which time the Notice of Commencement will expire.

    MC Solar has been paid ******** for Solar panels and a 3.5 ton Mini split from Mosaic loan services for which solar panels are installed but not connected nor have we received the 3.5 ton Mini split for which they still hold the loan for. They do not answer phone calls nor text messages. Loan company does nothing to help consumers retrieve loan moneys paid. Basically told to bad.

    This contractor pulled my 28 year old daughters credit with no income verification for ********* we needed a new roof and breaker box due to homeowners Insurance increase my box is a fire hazard they talked us into solar as it would lower my bills . The roof was not good leaked ruined my ceiling in house they sent someone to fix and now they dont respond my home went through a major hurricane with no insurance its still un insured. I cant get insurance They have disappeared wont return calls respond to emails they promised a reimbursement until solar is up theyve closed that down. No answer from anyone. People have left many postings online theyre bankrupt theyve no paid employees insurance. Im 60 years old I live pay check to paycheck I was trying to fix my home for retirement and to pass to my kids. And they are not responding to anyone. The panels leaned against my home for months. And the boxes for the solar were never installed. Along with my main panel breaker box this is serious I support this home on my own my childrens father just had a heart attack Nov. 15th this isnt right to leave people like this. My daughter didnt make enough money to qualify for this loan. They say theres a 30 year warranty for what? I cant even get them to fix this job. All I asked please get the breaker box installed so I can pass inspection for insurance and they disappeared. The panels I moved to garage theyve been leaning againt my house since prior to Thanks giving. This has been a nightmare. And my poor daughter who was just trying to help her credit will be ruined I cant afford a *************************** summer and a 200 dollar solar bill Im a Senior, I attached email from ***** the project manager, I never received the panel upgrade the Enphase box is still in boxes in garage panel now in garage I moved today. My ceilings ruined, nail in my foot permits pulled for jobs never done and no 30 year warranty cause theyve disappeared

    My solar panels were installed in the summer of 2022 without permits and I am being charged monthly payments without receiving any solar energy. The panels are not connected to FPL and this company stopped responding to me and didn't finish the work. I have panels and no service. They didn't comply or stick to the contract. I am a senior citizen and Latino and feel that this company took advantage of me! The representative made me believe that I was able to receive a tax credit. I was not advised that I had to qualify first.

    Signed a contract with MC Solar in September 2022. They installed panels quickly and without a permit, we found out later. We were told it would take sometime to get the panels fully operational with the electrical company, And if by chance we make any payments to the loan company before its hooked up they would reimburse us for any and all payments. Our system is still not hooked up and running. And weve made 1 payment so far. We tried to get reimbursed for the payment and when we tried to use the link provided its stated they are no longer reimbursing until further notice. *** tried calling over 10 times to get updates. Cant get through! On hold now for over an hour! I finally got in touch with a rep at the loan company, ******. He has been trying to help and has given some information but he is only the loan company is limited in what he can do, so he says. I would like MC Solar to finish the job, get all permits, etc and get this up and running! Whatever they need to do get it done. I spoke with the electric company and they are still waiting on MC Solar to finish their part! I would also like to be reimbursed for payments made to the loan company as they promised until the system is up and running. Another payment is due this month. Thank you ***********************

    This company failed to turn on my solar panels for 4 months not only have I continued to pay my light bill I have also had to pay for solar panels that are not even turned on whats the point of solar panels that arent even turned on?? And now they wont ************* wow

    In September 2022, a representative of MC Solar convinced ** to purchase solar panels, enough to exceed the cost of our electric bills. We signed a contract and the panel were installed in October. We received notification for them to come and inspect the solar panels and to turn them on. The representative has failed to return our phone calls, texts, and emails. I was able to reach a receptionist at Modern Concepts and she confirmed on 3 different occasions that "you're on the board for arranging the inspection." It's now been over two weeks, I've been sitting on hold for nearly 2 hours, and no one has come to inspect and turn on our solar panels. We are now being charged for both the solar panels and electricity. MC Solar confirmed that they would "reimburse" us for the costs of the solar panel payments. Again, I've not heard from them.

    I signed my loan documents for my solar panels in September 2022. It is now February 2023 and Ive made 3 loan payments of $319. I passed inspection and the company fails to give an accurate timeline of when the black card will be delivered so that my solar system can be turned on. Since the loan was done through a third party I have no option but to continue to pay for a service I never received. Their customer service is completely useless and wont give any sort of timeline.
