I signed a solar panel contract in 12/23. The panels were installed in February 2024. My roof was in perfect condition with no problems prior to their installation. As soon as TS ***** occurred, I immediately had wet spots on my ceiling directly under the solar panels, which was 4 months after their installation. After Hurricanes ****** and ******, I have even more wet spots directly under the panels. I called Evolution Power and they sent out a *** that went up into the attic for 10 minutes and stated that they were not responsible for the leaks. My roof never leaked before and not I have 4 spots directly under the panels. I have had a roofer and a GC look at it and they both agree that the panels were not installed properly and the brackets or the s**** that are used to install them have pierced my roof and caused the leaks. I need them to fix their installation error. Evolution Power is not claiming responsibility for their error or calling me back at this point.Business Response

Sept 25, 2024. Sales man came to my house to sell me solar panels The gentlemen that called me on the phone indicated that I did not need to put the panels on my roof they had no technology. He also stated I would be given a $100 gift card for listening to the presentation.. Salesman that came to my house indicated he had only been on job 2 weeks. Started his presentation stating panels would go on the roof. I stopped him and told him I didn't want panels on my roof or in my yard so there was no sense going on. He started packing up to leave I asked about gift card. He had no knowledge of it, Next day I called their office and girl told me he should have given me a gift card. She would mail it right out. Tech scheduled to meet and also promised a $100 Amazon Gift card for me allowing the presentation and reviewing my electric bill. **** assured me his company Evolution can instal solar panels and I will never have a bill from the electric company as high as I have had in the last two years. My issue is he promised to send me an email regarding his proposal along with the $100 Amazon Gift Card promised initially for him the make a presentation. I have been duped!Business Response

The company offered to meet with me about installing solar panels. In return for my time they said that I would receive a $100 Amazon gift card. I was interested in their product as they had payment methods to make it work within my monthly budget that I spend on electric. The salesman, *************************, said he would contact me the following Monday, we met on Saturday, which he did not. I reached out to him and the scheduler through email, text, and phone call, and let them know of my interest in their product and to fulfill their promise of the gift card for my time, but they ignored me. After seeing how this company behaves, I would avoid working with them, although I would still like to receive the gift card I was promised.Business Response

multiple sales calls after 6:00 pm. unsolicited - they just start right in about their solar panels. i have blocked multiple numbers of theirs and told them to remove mine, but clearly they do notBusiness Response
