    Hello,I hired this business to complete siding work on my house and agreed to pay $3200 for labor. We liked the job and paid him. After he left we noticed that some of the extra materials were missing. We asked the guy to bring them back because he might have got them by mistake and we got a curse response that he will call the city inspector. We were shocked. We thought he pulled a permit to the city but he did not. The next morning the inspectors showed up to the house. We explained to the city that we were scammed because we don't live in ******* and he never informed us for regulations in here knowing that we don't live here. The city is also is looking after this company in formal way.

    On 5/6/23, the above contractor performed siding work on our townhome. He placed nails throughout the siding and not assuring that it was making it into *********. Instead, he hit the air-conditioning lines. We had requested that he come out and fix the issues and began to yell at me. He stated he would only fix the siding but would not reimburse us for the air conditioning repair which cost us $600.00. **************** had to come out repair the pipes and then refill the air conditioning coolant to the whole house. **************** came out and did the repairs which we paid for out of pocket. This company Yuny remodeling came out and replaced the siding.

    Hi my name is ************************* I am the owner of yuny remodeling corp. I feel really bad that this is going on as I have done everything necessary to work with the owner of the property we had an agreement that she was going to pay for the ** and we were going to cover whatever damage that needed to be done in order to fix the problem she agreed to it we did our part and she still gave us a negative comment on ****** and here I have attach screenshots of me trying to get a hold of her and her husband but they never answer it was impossible for us to know what was behind the wall thats by code those pipes needed to be protected so things like this wouldnt happen even though we cant control or see what is behind a wall we still never refused to help her please review this complaint and if you need more proof of what Im saying Ill be more than happy to send it . We did everything we could to get a resolve on our side and we did not got any answer from the property owner or her husband and I dont think its fair that we have this negative review just because she feels that it can be done if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me on my email or my phone number *****************.     I am rejecting this response because:

    the contractor states the house was not within code. The house is obviously approved by an hoa and built within that timeframe that passed inspection. 
    As a licensed contractor he should know to look and or know his codes for when we homes were built and how. 

    As for previous accommodations that were made he placed us under intimidation that he would not fix anything. We know our law and understand that this company must do correctly by its customers and force of coercion is not one. This licensed and obviously self reports himself as a professional then is held to a certain standard and expected to make repairs needed not because of a promise on his part but also pay for repairs that he caused and damaged as a professional. We will not take his calls after his ruthless verbal attacks by phone. We expect a refund for the hvac of $600 or we will proceed further with court. His time, his cost, his attorney fees.
