    We have worked with Pennine Security for several of our homeowners associations with our management company. Pennine Security is extremely responsive to our needs and concerns. Their management team is top-notch and always available when we need them. Communication is seamless, and they make it easy to coordinate security services across multiple properties. They are a pleasure to work with and we have complete confidence in their abilities!

    Our community in ***** has been utilizing Pennine Security Solutions since August 2023 to provide access control services at our main gatehouse as well as overnight rover patrol coverage throughout the property. During this time, Pennine has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our residents. The access control officers are attentive when interacting with guests and residents, and they have shown improvement and responsiveness when feedback has been provided. The overnight patrol team has also done a commendable job maintaining a visible presence and promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise after hours.Communication with Pennines management team has been positive and proactive. They are responsive to inquiries, willing to collaborate, and committed to meeting the expectations of our community. Overall, we are satisfied with the level of service provided and appreciate their continued partnership in helping ensure the security and peace of mind of our residents.
