      Crown has been at my home since October. Work started in November. Very very disappointed in the workmanship. Tiles are cracked. Do not meet each tile. Left a hole above my doorway. Just awful work. We r now into February job still not completed and I was sent 2 invoices to pay. Worker left my water running Bill was $20.00 more. Plastered the wood together last week and now it is cracking. Still needs paint. Now maybe they will be here tomorrow they r supposed to replace **** instead they plastered it. Awful job *

      Had Crown Roofing come out to take a look at some cracked tiles. *** **** was kind enough to take care of fixing them immediately and would not take a ***** from me. Nice people would call them again anytime we have a roofing issue.

      ******* wont respond to my messages, Splash guard still needs to be repaired, ridge vents making loud noise, getting an inspection by another roofer. Poor rating!

      They have rebranded from Crown LLC to CRW, Crown Residential Service etc. That rebranding was necessary because of all their OSHA violations, fines, and lawsuits between them and companies and their own employees. At this point, they have such a damaged reputation it is hard to draw in business or retain . I suggest before working or doing business there, you’ll check the Clerk of Court website in any county they have offices in. Not professional or ethical.
