They claim to be a placement agency/recruiter but they are really more of a career counselor. When I realized this, I canceled their services within an hour of their initial call but they still charged my credit card $750. They told me twice that a refund had been entered but after two weeks with no credit I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Quite shady

Addressing Mr. ******** 1 star review. He set up an appointment and we did process his card since his appointment was shortly. He did call back to cancel appointment - card was already processed. This was on a Friday, so on Monday I called to have the credit issued to him, the money had not hit our account, they told me a couple of days. He did call several times and emailed. His call on Wednesday was very rude and threatening, and sounded like blackmail. He mentioned that if he did not have his credit by noon that he was going to SPAM the shit (his words) the hell (his words) out of us, He was going to give negative reviews in as many places as possible, including the BBB, which he did, so I was not surprised. I did email him on Wednesday and replied that the credit card process company had already issued his credit. I mentioned that to him in my email and also thanked him for the 'very pleasant' message he left on our phone, and wished him a blessed day. He emailed me last night and said thank you for the sarcastic email and wished me a blessed day as well. He informed me that he had gone to his credit card company to dispute the charges. So today I found myself on the phone with our credit card processing company to see if they could reverse the credit I requested since he had already requested a credit as well. For Mr. ****** to say we are a shady company insults me, since we work so hard in obliging our clients. We have worked with thousands of clients over 20+ years and have very grateful for our services and after years of working with us they still call us for information for themselves. Mr. ****** NEVER gave us a chance to provide our service.
