It was such a breathe of fresh air to work with a motivated agent who was willing to help us get to closing at every moment. 5 starsI recently had a great experience with Revival when I was working with the team. The process was exactly as described, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. They were also very prompt in answering my emails. 5 starsI was already under contract when Joe reached out to me and said to give him a call if things changed. Of course they did when the first investor initially promised that my tenant could remain in the property and then wanted it vacant. I cancelled that deal and called Joe who not only matched the initial offer, but also worked with the tenant to extend her stay up to an additional 6 months with no rent increase. Closing was swift and on time. Joe was very easy to talk to and did not pressure me at all. I recommend the great team of Joe, Courtney and Dale. No issues and delivered as promised!
