RE: Formal Demand for Withdrawal of Investment Funds and Communication Regarding Status To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally demand the withdrawal of my investment funds previously requested from RAD Diversified. As per the agreement and investment terms disclosed at the time of my investment, I submitted a withdrawal request on August 8, 2023, which falls well within the timeline you provided for processing such *********** date, I have not received the requested funds nor any meaningful update on the status of my withdrawal. This lack of communication is deeply concerning and inconsistent with the representations made to investors, both in terms of transparency and investor relations.Please consider this letter a formal written demand for:1.The immediate disbursement of my withdrawn funds;2.A clear, written explanation of the status of my request;3.A specific timeline for the completion of the disbursement.I request a written response within 15 business days from the date of this letter. If I do not receive a response or the funds owed to me by July 7, 2025, I will be compelled to pursue further action. This includes filing formal complaints with both the ********************************* and the *************************************, which oversee investment and consumer protection matters. Additionally, I am prepared to consult legal counsel to explore my options for initiating a lawsuit or arbitration to recover my funds.I hope to resolve this matter amicably and without the need for legal intervention. The original transaction was 8/24/2022. I invested $34,990.00 into this REIT account. The company indicated they can help improve my financial situation with my investment, though nothing was guaranteed. The company, Rad Diversified REIT **** implied that no one who invested with them ever lost money. I got all the disclosures and such after they received my funds and opened an account. A representative called, a woman, and welcomed me to the company and gave me a little linfo on the company, such as what it does and how the funds are handled, etc. I then asked if there would be any problem liquidating the account in the future, since I would be retiring soon. She said there wouldn't be a problem and outlined what I would need to do to get that done. I felt as though I made a good decision. Well, I have not received any increase in my investment for the last 2 years. Since I am not making money with the investment, I asked, by email to liquidate my account on 3/6/24, as I am retired and need the funds for living expenses. The company stated there was a freeze on withdrawals until June 30, ****************************************************************************************** not. Well, I again asked to liquidate on June 20, 2025 and was told again that there is still a freeze. I cannot understand why they have frozen my funds from being withdrawn, if this is an investment and I am asking to close the account. I am in need of those funds. When I initially inquired of the company, they indicated they only accept $100,000 investments or more asked how much I planned to invest. I told them about $35,000 or so. But, they elected to allow me to join. It seems that I may have made a bad decision in investing with them. If they only accept $100,000 or more investment money, I cannot see why my mere $35,000 cannot be refunded to me. It's my money. I accepted a Promissory Note Agreement from RAD Diversified *************** dba RADD America, located at **************************************************** as Borrower on December 8, 2023. I initially invested with Rad Diversified in 2021, for a total of $6554.90. The money is supposed to be invested in rehabbing and selling properties. When checking on my *** account from time to time, I realized that my investment had not yielded any dividends, so opted to withdraw my funds and invest my money elsewhere. The company makes it clear that they require a 6 month notice before releasing any funds, so I emailed them on June 10, 2025, with the antici***ion of receiving my money sometime in January, 2026. However, I was informed that the "directors" of the company had arbitrarily frozen all investments, and NO money could be withdrawn until further notice; this decision was made without knowledge or consent of ***'s investors. My investments are essentially being held hostage, which at the very least is an unethical and unscrupulous business practice, if not an illegal one. I emailed the company several times requesting they return my funds, but was given the same *** answer every time, until they finally stopped responding. I was even willing to comply with their 6 month rule, but now, I simply want my funds returned so I can cut ties with this organization.Initial Complaint

In Dec 2023 I entered into an agreement as an investor with the company and now that the investment has matured 6/06/2025 Im not able to have my funds transferred to my bank account. Ive emailed and keep calling but not receiving a response and Ive done some research and it seems that this company is experiencing liquidity issues but none of this was disclosed with me even when I provided my routing information for my bank. No response to my emails requesting my withdrawal. No valid telephone numbers.I signed an agreement with RAD Diversified REIT for the purchase of 100 RAD Diversified REIT Reg A shares in July 2023 at an average cost of $20.86 per share. It has been nearly two years since I purchased shares and the price of the shares has increased. I want to redeem my shares, now. However, RAD placed a freeze on redemptions/withdrawals in January 2024, and today, I am unable to contact anyone through their contact numbers/emails. In 2022, I invested $10000 to Radd Diversified. In 2024, I ran into some financial issues and needed the money back. I signed a withdrawal form and they said I need to wait 6 months to get the money back. It has now been 2 years and have not heard anything from them and the CEO still keeps making ******* videos convincing people to invest in his scam business. The funds has been allegedly frozen and the CEO is the only person who makes that decision to freeze and unfreeze it for whatever reason he may have. I think we need to stop this person from victimizing other people. His audacity to still encourage people to give him money is appalling. I've been to their office in ***** and I was just given a stack of documents and again was promised to be contacted once the fund is ready.Initial Complaint

I invested money into this REIT. I requested the money to be returned under their policies and procedures. It's been 3 years now. This is a total SCAM.
