My family and I moved in on February 28, 2023. We were provided a sheet to fill out with anything that needs fixed or corrected and was mandatory that it be turned in within ****************************************************************************************** that was unsatisfactory and was told that the maintenance department would be out within the week to fix everything. Now it is June 22, 2023 and not a single item has been marked off the list. Between my wife and I, we've contacted the office at least 7-8 times asking about our request. Every time they say that they will put in another work order and that is all they can do. I've asked maintenance when they are scheduled to come and their response is always that they've never received a work order to fix anything. The office staff is rude and unwilling to help. There is trash across the complex as well as scattered by the trash compactor. The view from my balcony disgusting and unpleasant. Most of the gym equipment is broken with no signs of being repaired. The pool is consistently dirty. My wife and I have a six year old daughter whose safety is very important to us which is why we chose an apartment complex that is gated. The gates are left open more than not which is an uneasy feeling. Overall, we're very displeased with the complex as a whole. We were painted a beautiful picture before moving in and once the lease was signed, they didn't want anything to do with us.
