      Where do I start? The office hours always changing, they never answer the phones. They always complete work orders even though they never work them. I’ve been telling them my stove only have 2 working burners, oven doesn’t work, oven door is broke don’t stay close, no one has came to fix it. I’ve been complaining since Sept 2024 that we hear rats in unit I was told there is no way possible due to I live on the 1st floor and I don’t have an attic so no way I could hear rats in vents to only now Jan 2025 have rats running through my unit. I’ve called code enforcement and because they filled a few holes that’s considered fixed so code enforcement wouldn’t help. I’ve had to go to store spend money to purchase my own rat traps and baits, with the traps purchased we have caught 5 rats so far in the unit. I have pictures and videos. Charger every month for pest control and valet trash services that I never get and have complained over and over to office, I also have documentation. I wasn’t offered to break lease with no fees or offered to move units but they expect their rent and my family of 5 with an 8 month old to just deal with it as if rats don’t carry diseases and as if it’s a norm to have rats in unit. Office haven’t communicated with me, haven’t came to check to see if I caught any more rats nothing they just want their rent money. We have had to throw all food away due to rats eating and going through food. Non of the maintenance men speak English so it’s always a language barrier. I’ve asked and requested corporate number multiple times and told there is no corporate. This apartment has so many issues I don’t understand how these are even still standing. I’ve been here for 5 years and that rats have topped the trash, roaches, termites, mold, and uncompleted work orders. This place all about money. I forgot to mention the gates are always broken

      This place is horrible they dont fix anything we get robbed all the time and they do nothing there has been so many different people every time in the office thats how many people they go tru they open late always as well as close early never answer and are rude as ever never have I ever seen this and you can check Im a good tenets

      I moved in the middle of April, I informed maintenance and office staff of serval issues on move in day (still has not been fixed). Two weeks into being in the unit, out A/C went out and had to be replaced. They were quick to fix the A/C considering the temperature here in *******. Now the repairs from the A/C had caused a water leak and the ceiling to start to cave in and leak. I have been calling the office everyday this week to get it look at and fixed and each work order is magically disappearing. I am 6 months pregnant with a 7yr old and this is becoming a huge risk for ** all.

      Honestly, I have bad nothing but issues since moving here in April 2022.I had a break-in attempt last month through one of the kitchen windows and when I gave the office the Police Report Number they said they'd put it in my file and send maintenance to fix the damaged screen. No one came to fix anything., The damaged screen sat in the bushes for almost two weeks before someone picked it up and moved it to trash. Still to this day, none of my windows have screens, nor have they come to replace the damaged one. So I cannot even open my windows for fresh air if I wanted to since none have screens.Next issue is on 11/27 my smoke detector started beeping for low battery. I went to examine it to see if I could change the battery. I could not since it was the one from the wall in the bedroom and was sealed shut. After trying to get it open, the actual alarm started going off every 10 seconds and I had to keep pushing the button to get it to stop. I called the weekend emergency maintenance line about it so it could be fixed to ensure the fire rescue wouldn't come for false alarm. The emergency line said someone would be out within the hour. That was at 6 pm. I finally managed to break the seal on the back of the alarm which broke it meaning a new one would be needed. Once that happened, the alarm in the kitchen located on the ceiling started going off. I took the battery out and it continued to beep/go off. By 9 pm no one had come to fix this so I called again and was sent a text message they're aware. I finally found a way to silence it for the night so I could get some sleep. The next morning the beeping started again. I went to the leasing office and was advised no one will be able to fix it immediately so just turn the breaker off and cut the wires to get it to stop. It has since been 16-17 days and no one has come to fix it.Extremely disappointed in the way this property is managed and the lack of care they have at fixing tenant issues.
