What a disappointment this company is, especially with Jackie H***** as the property manager. From day one, my new apartment had issues, and despite submitting a work order, nothing was fixed even after three weeks. I eventually gave up and canceled it. The simplest task, like fixing a sticking toilet handle, seemed impossible for the maintenance team. My experience with Jackie as the property manager was equally frustrating. She frequently allowed people to enter my apartment, even conducting tours with a large group when they were selling the building. Finally, I managed to cancel my lease. I also paid $350 for their recommended cleaning service, CleanSweep, to ensure I'd get my deposit back. However, I was denied because of cat hair, which, if I recall correctly, I paid a non-refundable pet deposit for. This situation left a sour taste in my mouth. It's clear that you should consider moving out quickly, just as the name suggests. Greg S****** and Jermey K***** are the founder of this firm I recommend staying far a way from doing business with either of these people.

i?ve been looking for apartments for me and my husband to move into since we just got married and i? found this place on the trulia app, the property management company happened to be outfast property management, i? was looking to apply for the property and i? started a application but didnt finish because i? needed the money for the deposit. They had texted me asking if it was just me applying or if i? had a co applicant because someone else was looking to get the place and if i? had the deposit money the place would be held for me, and that all i? had to do was apply , get accepted, pay the deposit and get the keys, which the deposit happened to be $1650, i? let them know i? could get the money by the next day. i? then proceeded to pay the deposit and was getting ready to sign the lease, they didnt show me the lease before i? payed the deposit bc if i? did then i? wouldnt have payed the deposit bc to lack of funds, the lease stated a first month had to be payed too but i? wasnt aware because i? was told only a deposit had to be payed, ive called about 20 times asking for a call back from someone to see if i? can move my lease start date bc its on 09/01 and i? was only told about a week ago that i? needed $1820 for the rest of the fees, i? only got a call back twice and was told apparently its my fault they cant refund me my deposit because its already payed and the paperwork has been processed. i? let them know thats super unfair because ive been asking for a call back for about a week and a half with questions i? had before i? signed the lease and they decided to call back 2 days before the lease start date. I? also decided since i? wasnt getting a call back to show up to the office and when i? showed up the place was literally vacant, i? have visual proof of all of this that has happened too.

Ive never gone to lengths of writing a bad review for a property but Im genuinely concerned for consumers! Rent at your own risk! Read your lease very closely, they will build in every fee they can possibly think of down to charging the tenant for the apt to be re-keyed when you leave! My bldg was owned/managed by someone else the first yr I was there and then when they did the lease renewal they charged me another application fee and an admin renewal fee and increased my rent 8%.now they want to increase my rent another 15% for the pure sake of greed! Management utilizes an answering service exclusively and wont communicate by phone even upon request. In 2 yrs of living at one of their properties Ive never been able to speak to a property manager on the phone! They only communicate vis text and even that is dicey trying to get a response. Even after requesting a call back via their answering service, they still only communicate via text. Ive been waiting for a maintenance request to be completed for 4 weeks. There is no option to speak to someone, only emailing maintenance or their online portal. In addition to the 4 weeks Ive now been waiting for repairs to my sink that leaks on to my counter, a week ago I had to put in another repair request for my toilet because its not flushing. So now I am unable to go to the bathroom in my unit until they fix it. Even worse, they closed the toilet repair inquiry in their system noting it was completed but nobody has done the repair. It is the most bizarre situation Ive ever experienced in all the years of renting. On top of all of this nonsense, they sent me a notice that if I want to renew my lease, theyll be increasing my rent 15%. I wasnt happy to get that notice after being a quality, quiet tenant for 2 yrs but now that Im dealing with this nightmare situation and cant get my bathroom sink fixed or the toilet fixed, IM OUT! Ill happily take my money and spend it somewhere else. Be careful!!
