    I have been placed under a contract with Chets Pest Control that was initiated on 9/9/2024 for a year of pest control services without my consent. They used my signature from a ******** agreement for a contract I never reviewed, and now they claim they are required to perform services at my property for the next year. When I inquired about canceling the contract on 1/2/2025, they informed me it was not possible due to the agreement. However, I no longer reside at the property, and I never authorized or saw the contract before signing. I am requesting that they cancel the agreement immediately, void any remaining payments, and stop any future visits to my property.

    As stated in the consumer's report, he did not read the attached document prior to signing.  No consumer should ever sign an agreement they have not read the terms & length of agreement.

    We are very up front and clear about the agreement terms.  In fact, there are 5 places on the agreement (see attached agreement) that discuss the term and length of the agreement. We cannot force a consumer to read documents and the consumer certainly had the opportunity to view before signing.  

    We also provided an initial Action Plan (see attached), which also went over pricing and yearly cost.

    At this time, there are still 4 services left on the agreement, which consumer is welcome to pay $252 to satisfy the payment terms.  We are happy to provide service at this location until the final 4 services are complete.  Consumer stated he didn't live at location, but it was a rental with tenants since inception of the agreement 9/9/24.
