    Absolutely horrible services. Hotel parking info /shuttle isnt updated. Hotel and parkway parking do not have a communication chanel established, so shuttle info is innacurate. Ended up having to pay extra $ on uber, because the hotel couldnt find communication with shuttle services, after they confirmed the shuttle was available. It was 1 pm , so were within waiting within the hours where they said they would be available, but no one picked up the phone on the shuttle services #. The hotel,concierge asked to just pay for uber so we could pick up out car . Smh

    I booked a reservation - paid for the parking at booking- got a confirmation email- arrived the day of at my scheduled time only to find the gate closed. I called the number in the front and they told me they were full and to contact the company I purchased with to "cancel" my order. I did and no response. This is slightly illegal no? And not to mention wrong!

    Don't use this company. This is my first ever negative review. I arrived in Los Angeles at 4 am for my flight, alone, in the dark, memorial weekend with my reservation information and it did not matter! The lot they sold me a spot in was full! I want to save you the nightmare! Not only was it very difficult driving all over LA at dark to find a place to part immediately, I was charged top rate and Parkway Parking,didn't take responsibility and wouldn't pay me for the fee I paid the garage I found. The garage they sold me a space in, said Parkway just keeps selling, they don't care so don't count on there being a spot for your car.

    When the shuttle bought me back to pick up my car, I noticed that my front passenger side was scratched with chipped paint. The employee gave me a email to message the manager. The manager never responded and when I called, the employee said that the manager had received the email and would respond back to me. The manager still didnt respond to my email or call me. Im left with damage to my car that is going to cost me out of pocket!

    I parked for 4 days at the Tampa Port Parkway Parking at 858 Channelside Dr, 33602. At the parking lot, NO inspections were performed, but if you claim any damage, will show you an "inspection" tag made by whoever parked the car. On my return from vacation, the shuttle stopped in front of my car, noticing a hit to the bumper. Asking for explanations, they showed me the parking ticket, which says: "All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Management assumes no liability for theft, fire, damage, or loss of use to any car, equipment, or articles left in the car and liability for cars left after closing.” NICE WAY TO MAKE BUSINESS, right? COLLECT MONEY AND NO RESPONSIBILITIES!!! Smart people, need just to find the suckers! When I replied that this is BS, they accused me that I'm a scammer, saying that I didn't even get off properly from the bus and went straight to the bumper to show them the hit. “Sir, you hit your car in a Walmart parking and now you are blaming us? That is typical of scammers.” Moreover, they said that they were expecting I would do this?! HOW YOU EXPECT SUCH ACCUSES ABOUT YOUR SERVICES UNLESS SOMEONE, SOMEHOW DID SOMETHING TO THE CAR, TO EXPECT SUCH A REACTION FROM THE CLIENT? I suspect that whoever parked my car, backed too much because can see palm tree’s branch marks on the top of my dusty trunk, and probably one of the sharp spines from the palm tree's trunk pushed my car's bumper. The parent company does not assume any responsibility stating that: "Parkway Parking does not own or operate the individual parking facilities. The parking facilities are individually owned and operated…” They are equally guilty because they do not have a minimum standard to ask for their "partners". The hit is not that serious, but what bothered me the most is the LIES and the DECEPTIONS. We all make mistakes, but at least admit it, don’t try to cover up! STAY AWAY from ALL PARKINGS managed by Parkway Parking. PP Management, don’t forget… KARMA IS A BICTH!!!

    I booked online and followed the booking Entered everything correctly and paid my fee Entered the lot at the right time and the right date , when I returned to get my car there was a citation on the windshield for $125 extra fee . With failure to pay !!! It took me three days to clear this mistake , there was not a real person to talk to , and the person I finally got didn’t Handel that , I’m a senior and old school , there customer service sucks ??. FIND A DIFFERENT PARKING LOT SAVE YOUR SELF THE Grief

    After leaving my car there for 2 days it was driven and involved in an accident . They showed no concern told me to call the manager. The number they gave me went straight to voice mail all 15 times I called and the mailbox was full. I was forced the call the police and make an accident report . We also waited for 45 minutes to be picked up by the only bus(that was falling apart) they have .All 35.of us, Yes 35 of us waiting . Got on a 15 passenger bus to go back to there lot . Children and elderly as well. Do not use this place for parking

    Very misleading prices. The parking lot I choose was 10 miles away from the airport. The parking lot offered no shuttle service so I needed to use a **** both ways, which added $60 to the parking cost. I could have parked at the airport for the same total price and it would have been more convenient .

    We always park at Parkway on *********** in *****. I recently had a fall in the parking lot...staff were excellent in attending to me right away just when they were all so busy, trying to get cars parked and the shuttle loaded Thank you. Highly recommend them and just learned that they are a family owned business.

    Parkway Parking representatives took my call to cancel reservations during the 2023 blizzard in WNY. However, they proceeded to charge my card and would not refund the charges. They did not cooperate with me when I called to ask that they honor my cancelation. They did not cooperate with AMEX in my dispute process. This company wrote, "Customer used our parking facility. Customer never emailed or called in regard to canceling their reservation..." These statements are 100% false. 1. I was snowed in during the Buffalo blizzard. 2. I certainly did call to cancel my Parking reservation when Southwest Airlines canceled my flight. Parkway Parking lacks ethics and morals. They are well aware that I did call to cancel. They are well aware that Buffalo was snowed in, it was all over the news. I started using Parkway Parking in 2021 and spent around $200 annually with them. I will never do business with them again.
