      Date of transaction: 03/28/2024 Amount of money paid to business: $3022.50 They stated I have 2 cavities I overpaid them by $1426.00. They lied to me.They haven't refunded my overpayment. They ignored my and the insurance company requests to give me my money back Dr ****** ***** and office manager ***** frauded me. They stated I have 2 cavities but didn't show me the x-rays even upon request. They pulled my 2 new veneer teeth. Stated they gave me injections, but I felt no needles. Ground on my existing teeth. I saw a new dentist, ******* *********. He stated that there were no signs of cavities filled in my teeth. He stated you cannot see cavities behind veneers. He requested my records and xrays and they wouldn't respond. ***** the desk clerk stated that her and Dr. ***** discussed my fees and I would owe $3022.50. Metlife payment $1698.30 Patient balance due $1596.70. Patient payment $3022.50 Patient refund due $1425.80 Everything I said here is 100% true. This is backed up and documented by ******* my insurance company. I don't believe I had 2 cavities. I don't have fillings and there are no pins in my teeth as they claim they did. I've had plenty of dental work and know when I had a shot or not. If I had cavities, why not send the proof to the new dentist? Why hide it? The bottom line is that they still have my $1426.80. Between Metlife and I, we requested the overpayment be returned at least 4 times. They keep ignoring us and that's probably what they will do to you. They are not Better Business Accredited and I don't think they care. You are my last hope. Please and Thanks ******* ***** ************

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the billing for dental services I received at the Riverview location in May. Specifically, I had a bridge procedure completed, for which I was charged $2,400 out of pocket after insurance. Upon reviewing my insurance claims, I discovered that my financial responsibility, according to my insurance company, should have been $897.I contacted my insurance company to clarify the discrepancy. They explained that the issue stemmed from the office encoding the claim incorrectly. When the insurance company attempted to resolve this directly with the office, they were met with unprofessional behavior and informed that no refunds would be ********* further address this, I reached out to your office personally. Unfortunately, the receptionist stated that the doctor intentionally charges patients higher fees because the insurance reimbursement is insufficient. This explanation is concerning, as it contradicts standard practices for in-network providers and raises serious ethical and contractual questions.I request an immediate review of my account and a refund of the overcharged amount. Additionally, I urge your office to communicate with my insurance company to correct the coding error and ensure transparency in billing practices moving forward.If this matter is not resolved within [a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 14 days], I will be forced to file a formal complaint with:1. My insurance company, for potential contract violations.2. The state dental board, for unethical billing practices.3. Consumer protection agencies, if necessary.I value the quality of care I have received in your office in the past, but this experience has significantly undermined my trust. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

      I want to be refunded the difference of what I should been charged to what I paid because the doctor feels he isnt getting paid enough.  I dont see any details on that bill explaining insurance coverage and my responsibility.

      I have been trying to get a refund for the services rendered due to ********* ****** trying to give me a crooked teeth final upper and lower denture. Also, for shaving my k-9s down to make the denture fit. I have lost the natural function to chew meat. I do not have the final denture. They are still at Greenberg Mandarin location because I refused to accept the faulty dentures. I tried explaining, but my voice and opinion was not accepted. I was treated disrespected by the front desk manager. which stated "I could not change my mind and I needed to accept the dentures the way they were. Also ********* ****** was not receptive either she stated the lab needed to be paid and she was not going to give me a refund. After several calls with the billing the department a refund of ******** was offered. I continue to request the full refund that I paid out of pocket. It took a lot of attempts to complete the denture, which I don't understand why and then I'm presented with crooked teeth and asked to pay more money (******) for the lab to correct their mistake. The lab and the staff are responsible for not completing or doing the job correct to begin with, therefore, should the customer suffer and be treated as if I'm the problem. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Please help in this matter.

      We are sorry to hear about your negative experience in one of our dental offices. After reaching out to the treating provider and also reviewing all documents, including x-rays and photos, the following was discovered: The patient disliked the alignment of tooth #** and wanted to change the material of the lower partial to flexible ********* was sent back out to the lab to have these adjustments made, but she never returned to the office after this and then called wanting a refund, although we were trying to do everything to make it right for her. She was refunded her portion minus the multiple lab bills that the office/doctor accrued. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: I  returned to the Greenberg Dental office in Mandarin. I did not accept the dentures. Therefore, the dentures remained at Greenberg. I asked to speak to ********* ******, but she was unwilling to be seen to discussed the issue. Greenberg Dental only stated that I would get a refund, but I have not been compensated, which would show on the credit cards used to pay for the service.  I have not received a phone call from Greenberg Dental to obtain the credit card information to put the money back on my card. I'm not sure why they have given a fraudulent response. I have not been refunded. I have not received an email or phone call with a voice message neither a text message concerning when I would receive the refund for the malpractice service I received.

      I went to *************** for a check-up- X-rays and a cleaning. The xrays took 2 hours as someone holding the camcorder sized machine improperly. My mouth was ripped apart by wing bites. Then dr came in to do exam, I left with tons of paperwork for work to be done. They would not give a cleaning because the word periodontists ( meaning they give good cleanings) was mentioned. I was told by *************** she would lose her job if she cleaned my teeth because she said a period does a good cleaning. That is BS. I then headed to another dentist not in plan- The ******* Dental where the doctor gave the same exam- xrays 2 seconds, cleaning and surely not the dental plan of made up work that *************** proposed. It was a joke. It was a scam. Other doctors were mentioned so more visits and more money. You know why there was no cleaning because they wanted to go home. They took 3 hours for xrays and exam and they wanted out. I expect a call to discuss. ************. It was a horrible experience. I am able to send all proper paperwork from ****************. I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau and living true blue reviews.

      ** Oct 2023 i visited this business for treatment. I chose this person/business as they were in network of my insurance. I presented my insurance card for this one-time visit knowing i had the coverage. I was not informed of the total costs or the terms of my insurance. Had i had this info I could have made and educated and informed decision to refuse the treatment due to its high cost. Instead i received a bill 2 mos later requiring full payment before providing the insurance compaany with codes needed for reimbursement

      went to ******************************** dds at greenberg for estimate for gum surgery was told had to check insurance met life they negotiated price of **** insurance paid **** and i was charged **** morning odf surgery no notice ****** that morning called a bunch of times wont answer i want to adjust bill thank you

      In February I took my twins to get braced. I had previously taken my eldest daughter there for her complete orthodontic care services. They did an amazing job.. hence taking my twins in, and I couldnt of been happier. February came around and I took my girls, my twins to get their braces done. The cost was going to be around **** per kid, and that was my portion of the bill my insurance, thankfully covered 50% of each child care. In June my husband received orders to go to Cherry point **************, prompting myself to take the kids and relocate to **************. I reached out to *********** Greenberg dental, to advise and from there we started working on the transfer paperwork to get my children from *********** to a orthodontic in ******** **************, once that was completed, Id then reached out to Greenberg dental to find out how do I get reimbursed for each of my children services that was not rendered. I paid for my childrens services in full. Since the month of August I have been running back-and-forth theyve been giving me the runaround in its entirety as to what can and cant be done. I received an email about three weeks ago, saying that the lead doctor reviewed my case and that I would be receiving $500 back per kid,how is that even possible when it is I paid $**** little over per kid to be seen on my insurance covered 50% of the care. I have ask for a breakdown or for an itemized statement of which was not provided. They claimed there is not one. ** need the breakdown of costs to see where these monies that I paid went to and why is it? I am not receiving monies back for services that was not rendered. my childrens retainer alone was almost $300. Theyre offering me $500 back per kid which is unreal and my children had only been seen there for months when it is a paid for 18 months of service. Retainers comes aft Im want to know if this is how it business treats a military family, I will not stand for it. I will not accept it. It is not OK

      I sent the info needed for my refund and someone has yet to respond. This company operates on unethical standards and a complete disappointment. As I advocate for military families, I would certainly ensure that this business does not do this to another family whose spouse maybe deployed a they are already dealing with the hassle of everything else. Please refund me my money.

      I was seen for crowns they sent me to have root canals through another dentist then told me their lab fees went up I paid ***** out of pocket then they had me take out a loan Im paying on for years I also have dental insurance through my husband and myself through our jobs. Everytime I go to see them its another charge and they have yet to put my crowns in I paid ***** for plus loans at this point the teeth I had root canals are now open holes collecting food when I can eat Ive called and asked to seal them no one ever calls me back Ive called numerous times this place is nothing but a scam taking money from their customers and not doing the dental work at this point I have an infection I can taste in my mouth my teeth have open holes in them, pain and yet they got their money yet refuse to do any of the work I was told it would cost me another ******* times 3 visits. This is ridiculous and now Im out money also still paying on a loan with no dental work. I would like to also contact an attorney to see where I stand from a legal stand point in this matter this is unfair and not acceptable as a dental provider they definitely are not professional.

      They were very nice my first visit on April 3rd. I went in and got half of my crown done and they said they would call me in a day or two to schedule the other half and the rest of my asap dental work that I need. At the end of that apt my bill was even $50 more then I was originally told but I understand that happens and paid it. It has been 3 months now and I cannot get them to answer the phone, Iv left half a dozen messages on there answering machines and I've called there other affiliate practices and was told it was going to be resolved and iv asked for a manager to call me several times only to be told she is out of the office and transferred around 10 times before being hung up on. *** been promised repeatedly that someone would call me back and resolve this and im not even sure anyone has given the manager my messages. Im in pain, upset and cant get my dental work completed.my insurnace says the dental work is supposed to be covered but now because its been so long all the paperwork to get it approved will have to be submitted again.

      I have been calling & calling to schedule a cleaning/dental exam for my 15 year old son who has been an established patient for years. I have left multiple voice-mail messages and still no return call !!!Last time I had to physically drive to the location (which is over 30 mins away) to schedule his last appointment.This office needs to answer phones & return phone calls.
