    BBB has received complaints from customers complaining about delays in receiving orders from the business. From November 2014 to present, BBB has been in communication with Viral Style about its complaint activity and the efforts the business has taken to reduce its number of complaints.

    Viral Style offers crowdfunded custom apparel. People can create an online campaign marketing custom apparel they have designed for others to purchase on Viral Style's website.

    Customers that purchase apparel through one of these campaigns should understand that their orders will not be processed for printing until the campaign has ended or is fully funded. The campaign's end date is provided on Viral Style's website.

    Viral Style discloses that domestic orders will arrive between 10-21 days AFTER the end of the campaign date, and international orders take 21-25 days.

      After the US men's basketball team won the gold medal in this year's Olympics, I saw this amazing shirt they were wearing on a ************* and I rarely buy things on a whim, but figured I wanted to buy it. So I looked through the comments and found a post saying I could "buy the shirt here" or something along those lines. I went to the site, the shirt looked the same, and in good faith, I purchased the shirt, thinking it would be quality. Including taxes and shipping, I paid $28, which is not cheap for a t-shirt. I waited for a week to two weeks to get it, and when I finally got it, I took it out of the pack and was seriously let down.The design was small in the center of the shirt, as opposed to spread out across the shirt, the image itself was blurry, with a orange tone across the whole image, and faded in the center where it says USA Basketball. I usually just write these things off, but working in online retail myself, feel this is not how we would handle service with a customer. So I reached out to customer support, explaining my disappointment with the product, to which their support asked me to send pictures of the shirt I received. I sent the pictures, to which they said that it matches what they have on their site. (It didn't... I would check for this, but the page was taken down due to copyright violation). Either way, if you reply under a post where one shirt is shown, and you say you have it, you should have it.****, the person on support, then said to mail it back to him for a refund on the shirt and original shipping (not the cost to ship it to them). I know these shirts are cheap to make (especially of this quality), so he could easily provide the refund. It will take my time and money to mail it back to him, which I'm sure turns most people away. Feel scammed. Want my full refund back. Photos are proof of the poor quality I got, and I shouldn't have spend my money and time to get my money back.

      On June 8 I ordered a custom t shirt. After questioning company several times, and being charged immediately after placing the order ($32) I was told it was shipped on June 27. I was given a tracking number. When nothing was received by July 11, I contacted them they told me, actually it wasnt made yet or shipped. I have asked for a refund but have heard nothing. I have also contacted my credit card company to try to get my money back.

      On June 6, 2024, I ordered 2 Def Leopard Summer 2024 Concert Tour t-shirts. One mens XL and one womans large for a total of $74.84. I received the womans t-shirt but not the mens. I have reached out to the company twice by their email on line support and once to the company phone line. I have never received any contact back from them. I would like either the mens t-shirt or a refund. The refund for the one shirt is $35.90. $30.95 for the shirt and $4.95 for shipping. Each t-shirt was charged $4.95 to ship.

      I run an Etsy print on demand business. I use Viralstyles as my fulfillment manufacturer. I have been having issues with orders, not going out on time, and orders being past due. I tried to email and no one responds. I tried to call, and you cant get through. I leave my phone number and, no one calls back. I am not sure how to get a hold of anybody at this point. But this is affecting my business. And I am not sure what to do. There is no way to get a hold of anybody at this company. I am wondering why all of these orders are not going out on time, and why production has suddenly gotten so slow. I need answers immediately.

      this response is an absolute lie. I have gone back-and-forth via email and explained numerous times that I am a seller. I have gotten terrible responses from customer support. None of your orders are going out on time, everything is overdue. There is a phone number for this company that goes straight to voicemail, I have left voicemails every day, and no one ever calls back. This company is an absolute joke, a complete fraud.

      You mention you cannot contact anyone including client support, but I asked the person who manages the client support email and he sent me a photo of your latest conversation where he is replying to you and providing you with refunds. I am sorry during this last month we did have unreasonable delays in printing, but we were making a massive change to our fulfillment process to prepare for the end of the year. From this point on our fulfillment time should go back to normal if not even better than before.

      I ordered a t shirt from Viralstyle on May 2nd, 2024 and received an email from them on May 16th stating that it was shipped and was given a **** tracking number. I checked the status of my order with **** and it said that the shipping label was created. As of today, May 31st, it still says shipping label created, waiting on item. I contacted Viralstyle earlier this week by email and told them that I wanted a refund and was told that it was shipped and that probably wasn't scanned and I could not get a refund. They said that after I received the item that I could return it for a refund, but I am pretty sure that I won't receive the item, especially after reading the complaints that have been filed against them with the BBB.

      On 5/22/2024 I saw 2 charges on my debit card for a purchase that I never made. It was invoiced 5/21/2024 I am hospitalized and couldn't have made the purchase. I've never heard of ************************** at all. Their invoice online was different from the above from my bank account. They have been impossible to reach and don't answer E-mails. I don't even know what I was charged for this is theft from a disabled senior citizen. Totally criminal to steal from my bank account I have no idea how they obtained my information a they have multiple addresses and phone numbers. US Bank has launched an investigation in their ****************
