I ordered their tumeric kit weeks ago and never received an order number (though I received a confirmation email) and never received my package. After weeks of no response, I sent an email to their customer report and received a reply with unprofessional emojis indicating that my order was taking longer than expected and provided an order number. The number they provided doesnt exist as I checked the order number on their system. This company is a fraud. I want my money back and I want this company to stop defrauding people.Initial Complaint

I purchased items from their website on December 9, 2023. I have yet to receive an order number, tracking number or the items purchased. I will be starting a small claims case in my state (NY) against them. Ive emailed them several times to no avail and its just disgusting. Ive received no response, just emails regarding sales and purchasing more items, smh. At this point its the principle. ******** and Instagram are inundated with ads by this company and they are ripping people off. Maybe if they get judgements against them in multiple states itll be enough for a class action lawsuit or criminal/civil judgement against this company. I love supporting small businesses but enough is ENOUGH!Initial Complaint

This website is taking money from customers and never sending the products /order. They refuse to refund the money or provide customer service and give the run around and will not give an explanation why whey will not refund your money. They are a fraudulent website taking money from people. The same claims are being made from all their customers on their public social media sites ********* /instagram / TikTok ) . No one has received there orders . They are just taking money from people . They refuse to provide me a refund for the money I paid for the order I never received despite me asking for one multiple times and and they just say the order is delayed . They told me the item was out of stock and it would be shipped once it was in stock . I repeatedly asked for a refund because I do not want to wait for a product I am never receiving . I ordered this dec of last year as many of people did according to comments on social media and they havent received orders yet either . I attempted to purchase their product Glow Up Pads on two separate occasions. The first time on 12/8/23 order # ***** as of today I still haven't received my order. On December 29th 2023 I purchased buy one get one free Turmeric Kojic skin pads in the amount of $45 with taxes and shipping and have not received my order not my requested refund as of today, January 17th 2023. This scam of a business do not promptly respond to emails if they do at all. This is NOT a business at all but is set up to look like a legitimate online business. Fraudulent company who takes money doesnt provide order numbers, tracking or replies to emails. I failed to read trust pilot reviews from tons of people who have been scammed from this brand prior to placing the order and now am forced to dispute charges with my bank. I placed an order on 11/25/2023, I emailed them on 11/30/2023 to find out when my order would ship and I was informed that my order would ship within 10 business days of my order date. On the 10th business day 12/8/2023, I emailed them again asking the status of my order and the reply stated due to the holiday there were some shipping delays. On 12/26/2023 they created a pre-shipping label to provide me a tracking number however the package was never sent to the post office. I have emailed constantly as well as messaging the company's Instagram page expressing how I wanted a refund and the order to be cancelled. It is now 1/16/2024, I have not received a refund or a response to my emails, and the package still has not been taking to a post office for delivery. Tracking number **********************. I have also tried calling the number that is listed on the website and that is not a working number.
