I ordered the Smooth Glide epilator on Jan 10, 2023, and received it on Feb 8, 2023. This item doesn't work as advertised at all - it does not "provide smooth skin". It even came out the packaging not working and I had to replace the batteries. I am extremely disappointed in the product! There is also an 100% guaranteed satisfaction advertisement, or return for a full refund. I have emailed the company two times, and have not heard back from them. I ordered Smooth Glide online on 8/30/22 and paid $64.98. It worked twice but I had to keep going over the area. After that the Smooth Glide stopped when it hit a hair! I changed the batteries but it constantly stops when it hits a hair! This product is clearly defective and I ask to be reimbursed in full. I ordered 2 of them. They don't work. It says money back no questions asked but I called and was hung up on. Sent emails no reply took 2 months to receive. I tried to use it and it made me bleed and did not remove any hair but I have a scar and a small mole that is now bleeding.Initial Complaint

Order #SG80991 Ordered Two smooth glide epilators. After receiving them found one not to be working right. They are very cheaply made but look cute. It wasnt taking the hair out so I tried the outher one and its doing the same it just seams to break the hair no matter how you use it it still wont work right Ive been trying this for three weeks and it does not work like they say. So Ive been trying to get a refund but all they told me was how to use it. *** tried everything with these things and they just dont work. Please accept this complaint as a warning to all consumers. I purchased a Smooth Glide which never worked once. From the number of complaints, I would suggest that it is time The Attorney General investigate. I purchased the Smooth Glide Epilator, Order SG81738, received it, followed the instructions exactly as stated and found that this product simply does not do what is advertised. I paid $69.18 total including sales tax. I've contacted the company via ************************************** 3 times attempting return due to dissatisfaction, and all I receive are spam emails trying to sell me other products. I am rejecting this response until I see at the actual credit on my credit card, I'm not closing out this case. I emailed 3 times and got return emails trying to sell me other products. My initial contact was 6 days ago. It wasn't until I contacted the BBB that any action took place, 2 days later. I have no confidence in this company. I run a small business too but I don't run people around when they contact me.
