I was discharged from Womens care ** at *************************************************** because I missed 1 appointment, on the ground of noncompliance, even though I gave the doctor ******* notice. This has consequences, because a discharge means I am blacklisted from all Womens Care clinics near me. Im now having a hard time finding a OB for my pregnancy and delivery. I have perfect record of attending all my appointments. In August, when this clinic did my blood glucose test, the result came back wrong. I did a follow up test with my endocrinologist to confirm it. When I flagged it with my ********************************** he didnt reply until 6 days later and explained that my results were off due to fasting, which was false. He simply said "we'll follow up at next appointment. So ***** sat on the fact that I had gestational diabetes for weeks and didnt act. In September, I presented the correct results to another ************* and she acted accordingly. She booked me an appointment with ***** and also informed MFM doctors. At this point, I hesitated with ***** because of the way ***** had mishandled my results. As a result, he view me as an 'anti medication', 'difficult patient', even though it was the clinics incorrect blood test and his actions that delayed my care. I had almost weekly appointments scheduled in Sep and Oct, which were difficult to make on a weekly basis. After I had to cancel one appointment due to a trip to another state, ***** discharged me, even though I have been making to this clinic on an almost weekly basis. I have been filling all my medication as prescribed, paid all my bills, being proactive with contacting my careteam. I missed my appointment last Friday and immediately on next Monday I found out I was discharged, so no one investigate it or bothered to contact me. All of my statement can be backed up by documents in patients portal. I now would like this groundless discharge removed so I can be accepted into another womens care clinic.

women's care transfered all my 2022 medical bills to IC system correspondence at once. I paid off all medical bills to IC system in April this year. Today I receive another notification letter from women's care company saying that I owe them another $479.29. They didn't give me any details or statement, and I suspected that they might have duplicated or made arbitrary charges. Every time I call the women's care billing department and ask for an interpreter, they tell me they don't provide that service.

To whom this may concern: Good evening. I am reaching out in regards to my most recent visit at Womens Care. While *** had decent experiences in the past with your services, my last visit was extremely disheartening and disappointing to say the least. As someone who has no insurance and pays for services out of pocket, Ive had a lot of doctors be up front with me in regards to their services (if a charge/appointment is unnecessary), and reimburse or not charge an exam fee. I was sent to follow up with an OBGYN in regards to a lump found in my right breast, as well as a possible mammogram or an ultrasound. However, my appointment on 8/16/2023 was extremely short and dissatisfying. If Im paying $265 to see a doctor - the expectation is to be in the room with a doctor for the allotted time you have (which I presume is 30 minutes), especially when discussing medications, follow up treatments, recommendations, and so forth. My check in and wait was longer than my actual appointment. I saw the doctor for less than 2 minutes, and she left the room without communicating if she was coming back or what I needed to do. She did a short breast exam, and gave me a referral, someone the ** already did for me previously. The physician even told me it wasnt necessary to follow up at womens care - but with the **. The visit was not worth $265. No bloodwork. No follow up examination. Just a quick breast exam (with the doctor in the room for less than 2 minutes) and a referral I already had. I expect to receive a refund in the FULL amount due to the lack of care and support. The ** doctor was more present and patient with me, and regretfully didnt follow up with them. While I dont want to discontinue my care at Womens, I think being an established patient should lessen the cost of the exams. Do better.

I have had quite a negative experience with billing issues from Florida *********** the lab used by Elite OBGYN, my provider for women's care. On two occasions, I have been sent bills after paying my co-pay and payment for services rendered. The first bill was sent to collections, therefore, I was forced to pay it to avoid adversely affecting my credit history. However, I am confident that I was overbilled after dealing with this company yet again and having another negative experience. I have confirmation from my insurance provider, Bright Health, that all services were paid by them for preventative care/ annual screenings. I confirmed that these services would be covered before the appointment and in person at the clinic, as I had a negative previous experience. This recent issue for services rendered at Elite OBGYN on 10/31/22 has caused me immense frustration as I have spent hours trying to resolve it. I have proof from Bright Health that the bill was paid through a settlement, yet Florida ********** claims it has not been paid. This company is stealing from people who are just trying to receive health care, a fundamental human right. At this point, I am owed $100 that they fraudulently billed me for last year, which I paid after they sent it to collections. I refuse to pay the bill they claim I now owe, despite my insurance provider sending me proof that they paid all bills.

On 11/28/2022 I took the last shot of three for preventative care. I was advised before taking the shots that it was covered under the insurance. I later received a bill for $487.00. I called their billing department and spoke with ******** at ext. **** who first said she would credit the bill. She later called back to say it was due to the second shot being scheduled too soon and it messed up the insurance claim. She advise she would work with the insurance to fix the problem or if that didn't work they would "eat the cost". I talked to her three times and each time she assured me the matter would get resolved one way or another. I even stopped receiving bills up until now. I called back and spoke to someone new who advised she saw no notes from Virginia but to ignore the bill for now. I received another bill and at this point, I'm not believing anything is really taking place. I call again and spoke to someone else who then says, no you are responsible for the bill. I explained the entire situation again from being told it was covered, to it was due to the shot schedule, to it being taken care of, and the response was basically oh well. I have immaculate credit and pay my bills on time. The times when I was advised a lab work would only be partially covered, I paid the bill OR I didn't do the lab work. In this case, I was told it was fully covered so I went forward with the lab work. I should not have to pay for something that was told to me was covered whether they were wrong or not. They are responsible for providing their patients with accurate information to make sound dicisions. I enjoy the doctors at this office but that does not change the fact that they messed up here and someone should resolve this properly.

I delivered my child in November of 2021. In April 22, received notice I was in danger of being sent to collections due to a past due balance. At that time, the balance given to me did not reflect my ob prepayments I had made to the company. I was required to send in credit card statements to prove I had made these payments. The account was updated to reflect these changes. I made initial down payments and set up 6 month payment plans for the remainder on autopay. I was informed at that time my account was settled. In November, I continued to get billing statements that did not reflect the autopay that I had been making monthly. Once again, I was required to send in proof of payment. I was at this time advised my accounts had been settled as I had completed the six month payment plan. Now, 6 months later, I receive a bill for $300 out of nowhere. At this point, I have no idea what I am being charged for, what of my 15 payments to Womens Care have or have not been accounted for. For a medical facility to claim they never received payment on multiple occasions, even after they were aware this issue exists is unacceptable.

My account was sent to collections. They stated it was for a lab result which I had already paid for through my care provider. When I call to dispute this no one answers the phone. I called the debt collector and they cant even find my name in their records. None of the numbers on the bill match any I find online or match any my Doctor has provided. This is a total scam to try and get more money from clients. I have paid over $600 in fees and they tell me the invoice was sent to an old address. its outrageous

In the beginning, we set up an OBGYN pre pay program which I was told I would be refunded any amount that did not go towards my paid out of pocket claims. The company still owes me nearly $800 and I delivered four months ago. I called a few months following because I did not receive my check owed in the mail. The billing manager ******* noted that it was my job to call to initiate a check return and follow up on the process. They have stated their policy suggests that if I have a scheduled appointment (delivery follow up etc.) they need 45 days to re-process the check that was due from last year just in case there will be money owed from the future appointment. So basically they are scamming everyone they owe money to and you better cross your Ts and dot your Is and account for the money they owe back because its YOUR JOB to initiate a refund check. I delivered my baby in October and called yesterday to check on the status. I ended up having to cancel my follow up with my physician because it would further prolong my check being sent to my home. So basically, I am not getting medical care because I will not get my money sent to my home due to their horrible refund policy program.
