    According to information in BBB files, the business is using fake celebrity endorsements in its advertising, specifically Tom Hank, Kevin Costner, Guy Fieri, Robin Roberts, Joyce Meyers, Ricky Fowler, Kirk Cameron, and Facebook. BBB's Code of Advertising indicates that advertising which uses testimonials or endorsements is misleading if they are not genuine and do not represent the current opinion of the endorser (Section 30, Testimonials and Endorsements).

    In February 2021, BBB contacted the business regarding its advertising of free trial periods of its products. Consumers that sign up for the free trial period are enrolled in a monthly subscription for additional products. BBB requested the business substantiate that the claims meet the standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 18, Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments). The Code maintains that "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature." Material terms that should be clear and conspicuous include the existence of the negative option feature, the cost of the additional goods or services, how consumers can cancel and avoid future shipments and charges, and how consumers can return items that they do not want. The Code continues that "advertisers must avoid making disclosures that are vague, unnecessarily long or which contain contradictory language."

    Additionally, BBB asked the company to substantiate claims made on its website about the efficacy or results of using the company's products. BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 34, Claimed Results). Claims as to efficacy or results which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product should be based on recent and competent scientific or other objective data. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate such claims.

      I have tried to cancel my auto subscription through 2 emails and on the website since January 2022. I get no response but the oil and capsules continue to arrive and I continue to be charged. I need for the subscription to end. No more charging my account nd no more product sent to my house. Please help me please

      I have be3n getting these bottles and pills for awhile now and I don't know who or how they got my information. I don't 3ven know if I'm being charged for this stuff. I throw them in the garbage thinking it was a mistake but they keep coming. How can I stop these products from coming. How can I get 5his discontinued. I don't wan5 it nor have I ever wanted it.

      We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within a trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases, our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

      Your trial started when you placed the order last 03/13/2021 and ended on 03/30/2021 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.
      We have canceled your account on 11/28/2021 and one of our representatives went above and beyond by issuing the courtesy refund of $80, as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you an additional refund of $224.13 today without the need to return any of our products.

      Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.
