In June 2017, BBB contacted the business regarding its advertising of free trial periods of its products. Consumers that sign up for the free trial period are enrolled in a monthly subscription for additional products. BBB requested the business substantiate that the claims meet the standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 18, Negative Option Plans, Continuity Plans and Automatic Shipments). The Code maintains that "Any advertisement for a product or service that includes an offer to sell or provide consumers with additional goods or services under a negative option feature must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of all material terms of the negative option feature." Material terms that should be clear and conspicuous include the existence of the negative option feature, the cost of the additional goods or services, how consumers can cancel and avoid future shipments and charges, and how consumers can return items that they do not want. The Code continues that "advertisers must avoid making disclosures that are vague, unnecessarily long or which contain contradictory language."
Additionally, BBB asked the company to substantiate claims made on its website about the efficacy or results of using the company's products. BBB requested the business substantiate the claims per standards outlined in BBB's Code of Advertising (Section 34, Claimed Results). Claims as to efficacy or results which will be obtained by or realized from a particular product should be based on recent and competent scientific or other objective data. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate such claims.

Original charge $226.00 for 6 btls Regen Nerve, buy 2 @ $24.99 get 2 free btls of Blood Thinner cost $99.96luckily I caught there Error on 2 items of buy 2 get 2 free when they charged full price.$199.92 and canceled that asap and got refund asap. The order I placed 4/23/2022 was to be received by me in2-5 days. Today 5/3/22 I canceled order , asked to speak to supervisor was told they all in a meeting. I called my credit card company and disputed charges as I haven't received item..

They charged me $549 for staff I did not ordered. I was looking for supplements after my partial recovery from illness. I was kinda reading about , and talking to my daughter, and deciding if that would be good for me TO. TRY--about one - and ONLY. ONE - product they advertised: KETO (it was long commercial, through Amazon ). I left it unfinished, just " on hold". To my surprise I saw on my Amazon statement a week later, unexpected charge. I was NOT ORDERING first of all, and i called Chase to check who charge me and for what . I was told it was charge to " Amazon Pay". After few calls to Amazon i found out WHO CHARGED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. The Representative said to return package WHEN I WILL RECEIVE IT. It cane few weeks later and that's when i learned about WHAT. I WAS CHARGED FOR. Because nobody before could tell!!! There was no return slip. I called again. Another Rep said that I. HAVE. TO. PAY UPS!!!!!! WHY? I refuse Secondly I would not order 6 bottles of that " Keto", PLUS 9 bottles of "Liver Health", PLUS 4 bottles of " Blood Sugar Formula". I HAVE (CISD- Compromised Immune System Disorder) and I could take maybe...only.. 0.0001% supplements that are offered to people. I can't take vaccines. Easy with antibiotics... So. I know what I could or not order. But this gigantic order of staff that actually will make me more sick than I am??? One word :SCAM!! I complained to my bank why they charge me that kind of money without checking with me. They know that I am 70 yo living from Social Security.. I complained to Amazon WHY they not checking those kind of transactions between their members ( me) and OUTSIDE AMAZON SYSTEM " vendors". .. no help!!! I have box with 19 bottles of poisoning FOR. ME ingredients and charge on my Amazon Card which they add interest for... Please help me! I am crying even now thinking about horrible people who use older people's accounts to still from them. Why?? It has to stop! I see that I am not first..
