      First off, The omega oil capsules are so large I almost choked. Second, I could not log in to my account on line. Third, When I called their customer service I was placed on an extensive hold. I had emailed customer support but never got a response back. I finally had the patience to hold for 38 minutes and got a customer service rep to answer my call. He cancelled my subscription but refused to refund me for the 2 UN-opened bottles still in my possession. My advice to anyone looking for high quality supplements is to do your homework and pass on any "deals" this company has to offer. Dr. YK

      I have been taking Physio True for a couple of years now. I had gone to the doctors for so many ailments. I was falling apart. They gave me so many meds that made me feel worse. The doctors told me I had to quit working. My husband an engineer and worked for pharmaceutical company found Physio True for me and it cured me. I no longer take any meds at all and feel great. Thank you Physio True! I now started taking Physio Omega as well and I feel even better! Thank you for your products from the bottom of my heart ??. I could not live without your products.

      I saw the **. giving a way too long spiel but I thought to buy it through Amazon. Ha! Amazon wont help you. In my case the bottle wasnt sealed but Company wont accept returns and Amazon says - sorry the 3rd party wont accept returns. Buyer beware. Go to your trusted pharmacy for fish oil!

      I'm a physician who tried the product & have contacted the company on three occasions about sending it back to them & receive my payment back. all I have gotten from them is a run around.!!- I feel that this company should be band from the internet!- they are now telling me that they can't accept the merchandise back, but I have to send it to Aurura Colorado. they would decide then whether they would repay me for what they said I paid.I see the company customer review rating & I would like to be included in same! thank you.

      Accidental orders. Very difficult to correct, Good product, but a return, or refund is very difficult. If the money charged is important to paying bills, you're in trouble. The cancel of orders days before shipping was refused by the company. Bad company policy. You have to receive the product before you can return it. No exceptions. I called three times about this.

      I watched the salesman on the podcast for 45 minutes. I was quite convinced that I could order 8 bottles of Physio Fit and if I was not 100% pleased with the product I could, within 60 days, return the product for a full refund. The weight loss product did not work for me. It left me with stomach cramps and incredible gas and bloating. I quit using the product and went to the website to make use of the 60 return guarantee. No luck. I tried the phone number and got an automated answering machine and instructed me to leave a message. I did so. I got no response at all. I am left with 7 and 1/2 bottles of worthless product and no way to return it as advertised and I'm out the $218.88 I paid via credit card on 1/03/1923. I am pursuing all avenues to make it clear to avoid this company at all costs.
