BBB has received a pattern of complaints concerning non-delivery issues, refund issues and allegations of unauthorized credit card purchases. Consumers allege when they purchase from this online business, they do not received delivery of their products. When consumers contacted the business, they were informed that:  1. the item is sold out, or 2. the method of payment did not go through, or 3. they have been refunded. At a later date, consumers allege that unauthorized purchases were made at various retailers with the credit card on file with this business.

On November 30, 2022, BBB sent a request to the business to address this pattern and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints. To date, a response has not been received.

- It has been reported to BBB that this business is using a fake name and a fake residential address belonging to another business.
- Effective April 2023, the website is currently inactive.

BBB has received several Scam Tracker reports from consumers concerning non-delivery issues. Consumers are reporting they have not received baby formula they ordered online from this business.

- "I was falsely led to believe that they carried baby formula. Due to the formula shortage, I was a desperate mother for my baby. So I ordered three cans of formula and they said it would ship quickly and I only paid $53.11. I later discovered online, that they were a fraud and just to verify it, the phone number was not of this country and the address was bogus. I'm so disturbed and sickened, that people would do this to desperate parents, in their time of need."

- "Similac Pro Advance baby formula I looked online and saw that I was able to purchase as many cans of baby formula as I wanted and then I looked up the name of the company on Google and realized others had reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I paid with my credit card and received an order number. I went on the website and tried to chat with someone to cancel my order but no response. I asked for a legit phone number and was told "Currently we getting huge phone calls and we have very limited peoples working on. so we doing online chat and email support for all." The phone number does NOT work. I sent an email to [email protected] and have not received a response back. I am very disappointed in this company when people are trying to find baby formula for their child and companies are doing this to human beings. Should be totally ashamed of this!"

- "I was searching for baby formula and this website came up with available formula I did not get a screen to confirm after asking for my info I got a confirmation email and money was withdrawn."

- "I did a web search for Similac Pro Advance Formula. This site said they had it in stock. I purchased two cans and paid by credit card. I never received a confirmation email or tracking information. I tried to call the number to check on my order and it just rang. I emailed and they replied saying the product was out of stock. They were speaking in broken English. Very frustrating because I was patiently waiting for something I needed for my baby and it will never arrive."

- "Tried to order baby formula. The "company" stole my credit card info, and I did not receive formula. Had 11 charges on my credit card that I reported as fraud, total >$500."
