      On 5/1/25 I was looking at a video online for a Brain Supplement called "Memo Defender." I was going to order 1 bottle for the price of $69.00 but suddenly DURING THE ***** it stated "Not to hit the 'go back button' or you WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE THE AMOUNT!" Then I started receiving 11 TEXT Messages at same time saying I needed to respond to their TEXT NOW!! I didn't leave the video as I didn't want to be double charged, but then I was NOT GIVEN ANY CHOICE OF SHIPMENT OPTIONS and I could not get out of their screen! Next thing I know, I receive an email stating "Thank you for your order!" BUT THEY CHARGED ME $93.93!! I IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT & responded to their ************* Address & CALLED the phone number!! I left a 5 minute Voice Message since no one answered and explained that I DID NOT PUT THE ORDER THROUGH! Nevertheless, their lengthy video CLEARLY STATED that you COULD RETURN ALL or a PORTION of their product for A FULL REFUND!! (*IT ALSO STATES THAT IN THEIR EMAIL WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED!)Furthermore, the one bottle was supposed to cost $69.00, but they billed my credit card for $93.93! I reached out several times to their TEXT messages & via email IMMEDIATELY and didn't get any response! I emailed several times and called again on 5/23/25 and spoke to "***" I explained everything that happened & that I returned the ************* said I would need to "call back next week to see if it was received, when they receive it they will give me a refund, but only if I call back!" I called back today 5/27/25 but was told by "****" that I will NOT be receiving any ************ did not tell me why! I have several more screen shots which I couldn't attach herein of their TEXT Messages that were sent 'during' their ********** response to them as well as other emails I sent them but they NEVER RESPONDED & I did send their envelope back to them! I just want my money back! I believe they are a SCAM!! They also go by "Cart-***************DEFENZ." PLEASE HELP! ??
