    Ordered one time, two months later they billed my credit card for $149.85 again. Other people are complaining about the same thing. It needs to stop. I called and they said they would cancel the subscription that I didnt even know I had! Now I have to make sure the charge is taken off my credit cardridiculous!!

    After reviewing the account I can confirm the agent you had spoken with has successfully canceled the subscription and issued a full 100% refund back to the charge card ending in 3042.
    The charge is showing "pending" authorization on your side. We have voided the transaction from 06/30/23 to ensure the charge will not post to you.

    I have also verified upon selecting our Buy 3, Get 2 free promotion on 04/30/23, it does fully explain the billing and how the program works. Rest assured the charge from 06/30/23 will not post through and we have already cancelled and voided the transaction.

    I believe I may have ordered a free sample from this company. I then received a shipment of 5 bottles labeled Boost CBD gummies and my card was charged. Now *** received a second shipment and charge to my ***** Packing slip contains return address of ******************* PO Box ****** ***** *****; order # ******** (all of these numbers are so tiny that I may have typed incorrectly). I am 76 and dont know how to fix this. I plan to return shipment to sender, but this will not stop future shipments and charges. Any charges are identified only as by Amazon, so I cannot tell which charges in which amounts are from this company. Surely this is not legal. Please Can you help me? Many thanks, *******************

    I received a sample from this company for CBD gummies and now have received three additional charges on my credit card for $59.00, $59.95, and $149.85 for additional products that the company continues to send me without my authorization. I have been unable to reach the company by phone. I would like a credit for these charges as well as a complete cancellation for any future shipments. The brand name on the bottle is Apetropics, but the credit card bill list B ********* as the company. Both websites point to the ********* shipping address. +

    After reviewing the information I was able to locate the account and cancel the subscription. No more future charges or products will be sent.


    I have also issued a full 100% refund for the charges of $99.90, $59.90 , $59.95 and $149.85. We do ask to please return ALL unopened products back to ** to prevent any hiccups with the refunds.

    I bought Royal CBD gummies for a time on a recurring account and then 3-29-2022 I text Royal and canceled my recurring order. I then went out of state for the summer. When I got home, I discovered I was now receiving CBDs and according to my bank account, BPLUSLABS were sending them and charging my account $149.85 in March, June and September. I have no idea how they got my personal info or my credit card number. It took me awhile to realize that it wasnt Royal CBDs doing this. I see there are several complaints against BPLUSLABS and I would be most grateful if you can help me with getting this stopped. I am a 77 year old widow and dont know what to do about this problem.     After reviewing the information I can confirm that customers do need to email or call ** in order to cancel a subscription. The text messages do not go through directly to our customer support line.


    What we have done is cancelled the subscription AND provided a full refund on two charges of $149.85. They can take up to **** business days to reflect in the account!
