1 starWe had an outstanding sales *** (******) who went above & beyond. It was the servicing **** that was very disappointing & unprofessional. We just purchased an ** 200T on 9/15/24 & that same day we noticed a slit budging bubble on the rear passenger side. Took it back to dealership for ***************** gave us the runarounds when asked to speak to servicing manager. A tech recommended a replacement but was told at our expense. The AUDACITY to say we could have caused it since it wasn't caught before leaving their dealership when we didn't even have the car for 48 *********** obvious there's still a shine on the tire from the detailing. Shame on Lexus b/c all they care about is money. This car should have not passed safety inspection & this makes me wonder how many cars failed inspection due to the negligence of their tech. To top it off, the floor mats & manual left in the ** 200 is for IS 250 (used). I emailed the ** (******** ****) about this issue and have not heard back. We will be returning the car & WILL NOT recommend our friends/family to go to this location.Review fromGary K.

1 starI would like to lodge a complaint against Lexus specifically the Lexus ************************ Lexus of Tampa Bay did all they said they could do and were hamstrung by the Lexus *********************** who is the real culprit. That they should pay the entire bill to correct they shoddy paint job on our car. This is for a paint problem on two panels above and below the back window of the 2017 NX200t that we own that we noticed around February 2024. The paint clear coat is coming off the lower panel and is about to do the same for the upper panel given its dulled appearance. I understand that the car is two years out of warranty but Lexus should still stand behind its products especially its paint, engines and drive train, especially when the car is only 7 years old and very well taken care of. The thing that makes me so really mad is that they only will pay half of the repair bill that it will take to correct this problem. I think they should pay for all of it showing them standing behind their product. We went to their suggested autobody shop and they want over $1200 for the repair and that would only be the lower panel. We went to a different body shop to get a second opinion and they only wanted just over $490 for both panels. The reason this makes me so mad and infuriated is that we bought a Lexus because theyre the higher premium brand of ****** which already has high quality, they had a reputation of being extremely high quality, and that they would stand behind their product over the long term. Thats why we paid the higher price for a car compared to the other brands. Which is crazy considering we own two Lexus cars and no others. So, they have made a lot of money off us already from the cars and maintenance and to not stand behind their product is just horrifically shameful. Bottom line is that they should pay the entire amount of the autobody repair bill for the car.Review fromKristian B

5 starsMy wife and I had a great experience. Our salesperson *** was extremely patient and did not attempt to pressure as. Also, our fianance person ******* did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing any extra warranties. So far, a great experience. However, they do need to up their game in the break room. Horrible coffe and cheap little snacks. Come on now, you are a Lexus DealershipReview fromDavid S

1 stari wired $60,000.00 to this dealership for a purchase my daughter was making over four (4) weeks ago. they have NOT paid off her note for the trade in to Mid Florida bank and now they will not return her calls or texts. also, she has not received the proper tag (she still has a metal dealers tag) and the floor mats, which were paid for at the time of purchase is still unsettled. tampa bay lexus is HOLDING $60,000.00 which i think is not only unethical but illegal.Review fromSara P

1 starI was purchasing a new 2024 Lexus SUV when I was ready to purchase the seller told me it was already sold. The manger called and said the seller had read the sales sheet incorrectly. Instead of apologizing for their errors he expected me to feel bad for them for their human errors. All he had to do is apologize and say we will find you another vehicle. Horrible customer services.Review fromNatalie D

1 starWORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!!!! The entire dealership, from sales to service to upper management, is a disaster. They DO NOT care about their customers! Here is a short recap: •What they tell you during the purchase process is not always true. •Empty promises about above and beyond services for example loaner cars being brought to your home. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! •Nobody will ever call you back, especially not your sales person. No call backs from service or upper management either. •Staff stealing items out of your car while being serviced Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. They are making me want to sell my brand new Lexus RX350 and buy a different brand of car. Sales is awful (Anik I**** specifically in my case) and will not call you back after the deal is done. Service is not much better, although there was one guy who actually seemed to care. But yet again, the rest of them rummaging through my clove compartment and stole stuff out of it and left the rest sitting on my passenger seat. Didn't even try to cover it up. And as far as management is concerned they don't care either (again in my case specifically Devon Coney). He called me once apologized and claimed he would make it all right, never was able to reach him again. Even on my google review someone responded, probably just for the public eye, but nobody ever reached out to me to rectify the situation. I am done, I will take this all the way to their district management if I have to. See my detailed version of this review on google review, submitted by ****Review fromEdward R

1 starOn December 20, 2023, I successfully settled the lease with this dealership. The finance company received the full payment, and the title was dispatched to the dealership over 30 days ago. Despite my persistent efforts, having made seven calls, left voicemail messages, and sent text messages, I have been unable to establish direct contact with them through their main number. Regrettably, they only provide an email address for communication. I have reached out to the general manager and service manager via email, but unfortunately, there has been no response. The lack of communication and customer service is not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing, especially considering my history of purchasing three vehicles from them over the last decade.Review fromDiane R

1 starOn January 3, **** at 12:30pm my mother is 80 years old took her car to Lexus of Tampa for a simple oil change and rotation of her tires she spoke to service advisor **** ************************* and asked him specifically do you speak Spanish cause its hard for me to understand English, he replied, I do not speak Spanish and told her to sign on the third page and to wait for a couple of hours until her car was ready. Just to explain my mom is 80 years old and they know her very well at the dealership. When the car was done, they told her to please pay call car is ready to go. Never explained anything to her. What was done to mind you she has my 96 year-old dad thats in a wheelchair.. she sign the receipt then she left thanking that everything was just fine when she got home she realized that they took out her entire Social Security check which was $1089.00 which she had no idea why they charged her so much money for a simple, all change and a rotation of her tires. At 5 PM I called the Lexus of Tampa and spoke to ****** a supervisor for the service department and told me that theres nothing they can do about it. I also asked her if I can please speak to the general manager she said that she will contact him in the morning and will contact me by 10 AM. At 11:47 AM on January 4. ****** sent me a text message stating that theres nothing they can do about it and they refuse to reimburse my mom for the charges. Then I asked her to please have her General Manager call me not to text message me so he did. I told him what happened. He said that he has about eight witnesses stating that my mom was spoken to in Spanish only which is incorrect. She was never spoken in Spanish she she wouldve never agreed to pay that amount of money, knowing she has that she dont have that money.. all Im asking is for them to reimburse her for stuff that she had no idea it was getting done. Ill be more than happy to pay for the oil change and the rotation of the tires.Review fromASHOK B
