Date- 4/12/2023 Before I went into the dealership we agreed on a price because I was trading a car back in that I recently bought from them in for another one. When I got there we had a new finance that I havent dealt with before. We had to wait 3 hours to get to paperwork and by the time we did my baby who was under a year at the time was going crazy. So I told the finance guy no to any extra contracts(gap etc). When he told me the numbers I thought it was a little off, but I was so tired and ready to go we signed and left. I then looked at my paperwork when I got home and see we got charged for 2 contracts totaling an amount of *****. Contact them the next day and they sent me papers to cancel(wouldnt tell me what they were). Waited 2 months, nothing still was on my loan. Tried to call but got brushed off. Contact the ** he then had a finance lady contact me telling me to email her the papers I sent to cancel so I did. Now its been another 2 months and it still hasnt been cancelled. They refuse to answer me and keep brushing me off. I just want them to cancel the contracts I didnt want, but they refuse to do it. I sent her copies on 6/28.Business Response

salesperson drove the car i was purchasing to my house in *****. he didn't tell me he'd driven my car up! he brought the purchase agreement and i wrote the check and he left. that was may 26--i was taking delivery on 6/14. i got the car on that date, which had a paper dealer's plate, and got the license plate about 10 days later. i drove it for 12 days, then flew to my ct home for the summer. on august 6 i got a bill from the ******* toll enforcement agency for tolls on may 26. there was a picture of the car, with a plate, and it was registered to me, even tho i hadn't paid for it yet!! i paid the toll bill and contacted the manager and salesperson at the dealership over the next 2 weeks, and they asked for the invoice numbers, and i have heard nothing...went on line, found a gm--sent him the tale yesterday. i've heard nothing. i've attached a pic of the 2 sides of the bill--paid it after due date, because the mail had to be forwarded, and a second bill arrived, but i called yesterday, and it's now cleared.Customer Answer

Nissan has had my vehicle since 6/6/2023. I have had to email ************************* several times referencing my vehicle, and when the repairs are to be completed. I called the corporate office at ************ and spoke with a rep there that stated they were supposed to give me a loaner vehicle since they have had my vehicle for so long. I tried to reach out to *************************, and he went on vacation. However ***************************** told me, the corporate office Lied, and they do not give loaners. I have spent over $1100.0 in rental fees, due to **************** lying to me. I spoke to ************ who stated he's a manager, who did explain what was happening and has happened with my vehicle, however, he did not offer any type of help or solution. I need to be compensated. The corporate office stated a District Manager is suppose to call me. However the only manager that called me was **** at ************ and he was extremely rude, telling me this isnt his issue and he doesnt know why I left him the message...Business Response

On 5/26/23, I took my car in for a Transmission Flush that is recommended service from Nissan owner manual after 60K miles. ********* my 30% off coupon for ANY recommended service to the technician ***************** at check in, & she said we will take it when you pay after service. During my wait, tech texted me dealer recommends brake flush, coolant flush, **************** induction service totaling $700. All of which are recommended service by owners manual after 60K miles. I declined all additional service. Then I was notified car was ready & went to pay. I was told they could only give me 15% discount because the dealer did not recommend the transmission flush. I was not happy, & got an email survey from dealer on my way home. I completed the survey about my dissatisfaction & considered this bait & switch advertising, very deceptive! My tech called me the next day & said her manager would give me the other 15% refund in dealer credit. I did not want dealer credit, I wanted the $57.29 credit applied to my credit card. I have since had a dealer salesperson call me to buy back my car & promise to give me a great deal. I told her my experience & she said she would share this with her manager. To date no reimbursement back to my credit card.Business Response

The transmission of my husbands 2016 Nissan Altima failed and we took it to this location to be fixed. I learned that there was a civil action lawsuit against Nissan for this same transmission and contacted the corporate office for financial assistance in covering the cost of this transmission. The service manager at this location informed that he was advised the transmission would be covered and they are working with corporate regarding obtaining the information needed for the investigation of the transmission. Consumer affairs representative ****** called and informed this isnt the case because the repair was authorized too quickly by myself and thus worked on too quickly. As the customer who has a family with a medically needy child, its imperative that we have both cars fully functioning and we cannot go without both cars. With the information given, of course it would be authorized to have the car fixed. Its unprofessional and inappropriate to blame the customer for doing what is in their best interest and then not offer financial assistance for a problem (ie the transmission failing) that shouldnt have occurred in the first place. I dont understand why the technicians who completed the repair cannot sign an affidavit stating the issues of the transmission thus moving the investigation along further and in favor of the customer. And then to be given contradictory information at that- its appalling. I wont be returning to any Nissan as their customer service everywhere including at the corporate office is anything but up to par.Business Response

The service advisor and service manager have been very attentive and empathetic to the situation. I am grateful for the two of them.

The company did an incomplete assessment of my vehicle. They had me go through and come to pick up vehicle that was not fixed. They did not verify it was correct, then resent another diagnostic that had twice the fixes . When I called back to complain about the confusion they told me nothing else was wrong. This does not add up with having a diagnosis that had several issues in the beginning. The dealership has been very inconsistent and has mislead the customer. I was told more than once that it was not repaired then lied to that it was by both the manager and general manager. They refused to reimburse the fees in time wasted to come up there multiple times and no longer acknowledge what I have In writing to be wrong with my car. No one will return my call past them stating that the original fix was as the fix . I paid them 1k to fix an ac on the vehicle only for them to have not have a proper diagnostic in the first place. No one is taking accountability on this claim and no one will be honest about the true fixes . I am confident after taking it to now another servicer that they lied to avoid the issue of having had me pay to repair a part that is not going to resolve the issue. I am ashamed that they did not even properly communicate or even call back until almost 2 weeks later. I returned to pick up the vehicle and it was not ready they continue to keep my vehicle for 4 more days and pretended like the additional issues did not exist. I had to go to another mechanic to repair the outstanding issues they tried to conceal with the actuator issues

On **** 8, 2023 I took my 2018 Nissan Rogue to be serviced for check engine light. I was charged for a coolant change that I did not get. On **** 20,2023 I took my Nissan to ******** for an alignment and inspection for a road trip I was recommended for coolant change. They gave me the test strip for the coolantBusiness Response

I asked for a reciept from ******** stating she had the coolant service completed on 6/20/2023. ************** has not sent a reciept from ******** to my email address *************************************** once I recieve the reciept we will issue her a check

I had an oil change done here at the end of February 2023. The n''ext day I noticed a pool of leaking oil on may driveway due to the drain plug not being properly replaced after the oil change After tons of back and forth with the dealerships management they promised to remove/clean the oil spots off of my driveway (service managers wrote a written and signed promise to remove oil from my driveway to make the situation right) Unfortunately the dealership has given up on trying to remove the stains from my driveway as im told theyve tried enough/attempted enough. I had 2 repairs done a few months ago they said was dire and had to be fixed asap. The tie end rods and a drive train belt. I had them do the repairs and paid almost $900, not even a month later my steering wheel has significant play in it and I felt a loud vibration sound coming from the dash above my navigation screen. I brought it back in and they tell me that the engine mount is broken. I was upset because I had none of these issues before the car was worked on here. I spoke with the manager who waived the labor fee and had me pay over $300 for a new mount which I thought was ridiculous because I had no issues with that before the repairs. The steering wheel was also not loose at all before they did the repairs on the tie end rods. I brought the car back in a couple of weeks ago and they didnt even access the steering problem and told me I need to pay over $2000 for 2 more engine mounts so the vibrating noise will stop but they arent broken. I feel like Ive been taken complete advantage of and robbed. I went there for an oil change and tire rotation to begin with and now I have all kinds of problems and this car is almost paid off. I want the steering fixed to how it was before I brought it in here and my money back for the engine mount I believe they broke.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Your technician broke my engine mount when you replaced the drive train belt. That cost me more time and money on something that was not my fault. I went there for a routine oil change and was told those repairs needed to be done immediately, now I have problems with my steering and mounts because of what your techs did to my car. I brought it back there to be looked and and was basically told I was stupid. The tech didnt even come back out to talk to me about anything, just told the person behind the counter I need over $4000 in repairs done, nothing pertaining to the steering which was my main concern. I would like a refund on all of the unnecessary work and Santa your techs did to my car, I will not be bringing my car back in there for anything. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I shouldve never had to pay anything for that mount, it was not broken before you did the belt repair.Sincerely,

I purchased a car with courtesy Nissan and was asked to write a check and than 2 days later was contacted by ******** through finance/accounting and asked to make a payment online because they could not process my check. I have text messages showing this conversation. They processed both check and debit and now I am negative $600 in my account. This is very unethical and they should be held accountable.Business Response

Our records do not indicate a double charge. The customer originally gave us a check that bounced, we then collected a debit card to cover the down money of $1000. If the customer is still convinced, they were double charged and can produce a bank statement indicating that we will certainly refund the over charge. But to restate, our records do not show a double charge.

I am rejecting this response because
Nissan is not being completely honest about what really happened. I was told by ********* that my check for the down payment was voided and they could not process it. I was asked if I could make an online payment for the down payment since the check was "voided". I made the payment and the check was deposited same day causing my account to be overdrawn over $500. A week later it was fixed. They dropped the ball and are not owning up to it. Doing business with someone should not be a ******. One of my biggest regrets is doing business with these people.
