Honest Review: UroTuning & CTS Turbo FMIC Order I’ve been working with UroTuning on an order for the CTS Turbo 7.5" Race FMIC for my BMW 335i N54 build (**************), and while I want to acknowledge their professionalism, I also feel it’s important to be transparent about the full experience. From the beginning, Connor at UroTuning has been responsive, respectful, and communicative — no complaints there. I’ve appreciated the effort to keep me informed, even when the updates weren’t great news. That said, the order has now been delayed for months, and there’s still no confirmed ETA in sight. I understand the delays are due to CTS Turbo's customs issues and new tariff complications, but unfortunately, as the customer, I’m the one stuck waiting while my build sits in limbo. It’s felt like I’ve been paying the price for supply chain and import issues that I had no insight into when placing the order. At this point, I’m hoping UroTuning will make things right — whether that’s through a loyalty credit, discount, or assistance finding an equally viable alternative. I’ve remained patient, positive, and loyal to both the CTS brand and UroTuning, but it’s tough to recommend this specific product if your timeline is tight or your project is event-dependent. I’d still shop with UroTuning again, but I would advise anyone considering international or back-ordered items to ask very specific questions about availability before placing the order.

    I will NEVER, work with you guys again. Your shipping is great, your customer service is great. I ordered the parts I needed for my Audi and needed to return them because I found out the issue was elsewhere in the engine. Every single parts store issues you a FULL refund for the parts you ordered. I have no problem paying for a shipping fee, but a 35% RESTOCKING FEE? Mind you, if I had bought the parts at one of your competitors it would have been HALF the price, because you mark up you parts like crazy. And now you’re telling me that I can either get a full refund in store credit, or only 60% of what I paid back to my card. Because somehow it cost you guys $130 to put the box back on the shelf? I’ve never heard of such a large fee. I will never be buying another thing from you guys.

We strive to be as transparent as possible about our policies, including our 20% restocking fee, which is clearly stated on our website. Additionally, while some items are listed with free shipping at checkout, there is still a shipping cost that is non-refundable.

    That said, were more than happy to work with you on this. If youre interested in exchanging the parts for something else, we can waive the restocking fee for you. During that call, you mentioned that you had just placed the order and needed to add brake sensors, but there was no discussion regarding the brake pads' stock status or availability before placing the order.



    As indicated on our website, these brake pads ship in 0-2 business days because they come from our supplier rather than our warehouse. While you selected next-day air shipping, this applies only to the transit time once the order ships—it does not expedite order processing or availability from the supplier. We ensure our site accurately reflects expected shipping times, but availability can vary.

    I usually order parts and they always work out but that isnt the reason why im rating so high. ****** really helped me out with an issue I had trying to order a ***************** bearing, which third time was the charm. He replied within minutes and was very patient with my issues. Definitely a go to when it comes to customer service!

    I bought a blow off valve off uro tunning and got it and it doesn't work. I was looking into the problem but I tried a bunch of things still don't work. I tried contacting customer service after calling them about 27 time finally someone answered and that's not including emails and texts I sent them with pictures of the install and how they shipped the part. The part came In a plastic bag with parts thrown inside of it. It's now going on two weeks and still nothing is done about it. At this point I'd even want a new part I just want my 275$ that they robbed me for I will gladly send back the part with shipping at my own exspense I just want my money back I'm not going to waste my time buying parts from a company that has no interest in making things right. It's sad that you have to go to this extent to get some kind of response from them. I won't be recommended them to anyone Noone should have to deal with this. Thlland who ever works at there customer service shouldn't be employed they clearly don't care about anything. I'm not saying that you need to responded right away but two weeks and I got nothing back from them. If anything they customer service needs a negitive review. For such a big company I find it hard to belive that you can't make things right with a customer.

    After receiving a jb4 Bluetooth adapter that doesnt work I was trying to get ahold of uro tuning who doesnt ever answer the phone or email I have ********************************************************************************* I just want my money back I wouldnt recommend using uro tuning for anything there scammers

    After trying to reach someone via phone and being on hold for 20+ minutes and being hung up on, Im posting on here. Purchased a valvetronic exhaust module from UroTuning that I was unsure would fit. I saw they had a 20% restocking fee hidden in their FAQs, but I accepted it and decided it was worth it to give it a try. It didnt work fit and I returned the device and paid for shipping back. It took longer than their 5-7 processing window to process the return and it took some persistence on my end.Finally received the confirmation it was returned, to my surprise they had charged me an almost 40% restocking fee. Almost $100 for a small part. I screenshotted below their info they list under the product, which leads you to believe theres no hidden attachments to returning a product. Its deceptive and Im not sure how they expect customers to shop in confidence when UroTuning bases their business on hiding important details till after a purchase.

    Because you love doing timing belt jobs twice and love to risk catastrophic engine damage, you decided to give these guys a try when they had a sale.Bought a better than OEM timing kit and water pump among other parts for my TDI.Water pump was faulty and caused the timing belt to self destruct and for the engine to lose timing. Reached out, warranty covers parts, great, but what about the 12 hours x2 that were needed to replace said faulty water pump?Tried reaching out to customer service. Their response time is 1-3 business days. By the time you've sent your stuff in and get your replacements you're down two weeks. Then another 12 hours to put everything back in.Extremely disappointing and not worth the savings.

    I ordered an oil cap breather and it didnt fit. The add said if it doesnt fit send back for a refund. They dont refund the whole amount. They deduct money for return label and restocking. Kinda misleading about return policy

    I recently ordered a set of kw coil overs on 4/22/23 and still have yet to receive any information pertaining to my order i have put in a request for an order status via email but have yet to receive a reply I didnt think I would have to go out of my way to just get some information with the amount of money I spent but here I am.
