  According to the Better Business Bureau, this is not a legitimate business so stay away unless you don't care about your lifetime belongings being stolen! I kept insisting we meet at the storage units which he charged me $900 a month and most of my furniture is gone. Upon delivery, half the items weren't even mine! Shameful!

  I wrote this review on ****** in June 2022 and shocked by these 2 negative reviews, I just had to re-post my positive review here, especially since I plan to call them AGAIN. That's how much I loved their service. BTW, they DID tell me, up front, about their 3-hour minimum and the cost of their truck. I just hope their prices didn't go up too much from the last time I used them. Still, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Anyway, here is my full review as posted on ****** last year:The short version, for those of you who want the bottom line and don't read long reviews: I had an awesome experience with 2 Friends and a Truck and I highly recommend them.For those of you who like details: ****** is such a pleasure to work with. I don't know if she is the owner, but she took ownership and showed interest in working with me on my last minute move and followed up without leaving me hanging. She is friendly, with an upbeat personality and professional. From the sound of her voice I imagine she was smiling the entire time we spoke.The crew she sent over, **** and ****, were absolutely awesome! They worked quickly and efficiently and still took the time and care to wrap my heavy furniture. They were especially careful with my 70" TV. I recommend you get an appropriate TV box, but I was pressed for time and didn't have one. So they improvised, using a workout mat to protect the screen and extra material to keep in stationery during the move. I mean really... They treated my stuff as if it belonged to them! That's above and beyond quality service.I highly recommend Two Friends and a Truck for your next move! In the past 20 years I have moved 8 times, so I know a thing or two about movers who have damaged my furniture, hit me with hidden charges, and caused major stress. One mover DOUBLED my quoted price and held my furniture hostage on the truck until I paid. So... When I say 2 Friends and a Truck are honest, reliable, friendly, and professional, I say it from experience.

  No stars watch out they will trick you I am 67 and my son helped these guys they charged me ****** an hour EACH for there mover's very unprofessional on thier phones the entire time both of them. Everytime I tried to have a conversation I had to wait. The final charge was ****** dollars and I live on a fixed income of ******* a month. I guess I'm not eating this month Also watch out for the sweet talking ***** she's a snake in the grass.

  Im sorry you feel that way. I think you misunderstood our pricing. I was very upfront and honest with you from the first phone call. I said $129/hr for both movers, not each and $150 for the truck and $50 for the fuel. You were surprised that the move cost you $730, but thats because it took 4.5 hours since you had 3 stops. I actually waived the fuel fee and credit card fee to help you out since you explained to me that youre on a fixed income. However I cant do much more than that. We agreed from the beginning about the rates. You called and paid the following day which I truly appreciate. The guys shouldnt be on their phones and I will be addressing this with them. Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for any misunderstanding. I even provided you with a receipt to show you our charges clearly. Take care and I wish you all the best.

  ****** reached out to see how my experience was and I got crickets after telling her. This company agreed to $120/hr + $150 for the truck. However, upon completion I was victim of a shakedown. The driver told me I had to pay for their 1 hr drive to my home & their one hour drive back then proceeded to tell me they weren't leaving until I paid. 2 big guys against me, a 5'3" 150lb woman in my own home. I was scared & paid the extra $240 but can't do anything about it because they require payment by Zelle which can't be disputed with my bank. Not to mention, I put a $100 deposit which wasn't applied to the invoice. This company owes me $340 and I wouldn't recommend them based on that fact alone but they were also an hour late and put half the boxes in the wrong rooms even though they were clearly marked which room & exactly what is in the box. They are dishonest and when ****** reached out to me to see how the move went she was advised of all this but she has yet to reply.
