      9/17/2024 I contacted ******* (employee) to tell ***** ***** (owner) about the exhaust falling off a bike I recently purchased on the evening of 09/14/2024. I sent ******* a 4K video showing that it had fallen off. This was under their 30-Day Full Warranty. I went to the dealership numerous times after that and kept asking on where it is. Coincidentally ***** never ordered me a replacement exhaust even though he emailed me directly stating he will look at the tracking. ***** ***** is the owner and the person responsible for service after a bike was sold. He does not pick up the phone, he is never at the dealership, and he does not email back. He does not honor warranties! He will talk c*** about you to his employees but wont talk to you directly face to face! His employee committed fraud on my finance application and he still will not answer me! All information has been reported to the appropriate authorities.

      Date of incident was 11/25/22. I had purchased my motorcycle from them 4 months ago, they suggested putting a stabilizer on it. After it was put on, I took it to another shop to examine everything for a second opinion, and they said it was not put on correctly. One wrong move and I could have died from my steering locking up due to the improperly placed stabilizer. Then, I brought my bike back to get a few more issues fixed after it was stolen, they did not fix what they were supposed to and messed it up even more. I had my assistant call twice to see how things were going as they had my bike 2 weeks longer than they initially said they would. The man she spoke to was so disrespectful, called her my "girlfriend" when she's my assistant doing a job I pay her to do. Then when I went to pick up my bike, he was rude and could not answer any of my questions as to why my bike looked like it had different pieces on it that were loose. He then charged me and sent me on my way. I went to another shop down the street and they confirmed the work wasn't done correctly. The other shop had said my oil tank was overfilled, which would ruin my engine.

      Good morning, I have read the review that was left, I as well attached the invoice of the incident.  I have already refunded him the appropriate amount so he would be able to take it else were to get his fairing corrected. He stated that the tail fairing was loose and missing clips. I had the Mechanic walk out to look at it and he explained to the customer and my self  that it had all the proper clips and screws.  The bike was brought into the shop as a stolen recovery. On the invoice, it shows we did the full ignition set (due to the theft) , handle bar raisers, a windscreen, a Bluetooth for his helmet, a new tinted visor for his helmet. Those were things he personally wanted. When the customer purchased that bike, we installed a steering damper which we were told by him when he took it to his friends shop,  he stated that it was the wrong one, and then it was hitting the headlight cap after it was tightened down more. So, I went ahead and bought him a new PSR Steering Damper Kit at no cost to him to correct the previous steering damper. I was originally going to charge him a total of 5 hours and a half for everything we did (excluding the damper install) but , instead I charged him 2 hours and a  half of labor. Therefore I am not going to give him any more of a refund.

      I purchased a motorcycle through this company and while riding it . The complete left side plastic coverings flew off on the highway. Through further inspection. I determined the majority of he fasteners were loose to touch. Highly dangerous. And I feel as if Im not responsible for the replacement of the lost parts. Ive only owned the motorcycle less than 1 week

      Customer reached out to the dealer on Wednesday 9/21/22. I spoke with him told him to send me pictures since he can't bring the bike into the shop due to where he lives. I told him I would be willing to replace the left side fairing as well the lower belly fairing after inspection of the photos. I have been in contact with the customer everyday since then. Told him I would even be willing to mail him a check for the going rate for the parts that will be needing replacement.
