      If you wish to be treated with respect as a person and human being, Metroplex is the place to go for your mortgage needs. Each person that I engaged with at Metroplex was kind, friendly, professional, and treated me with respect and not just as a number on a file folder and mortgage application. Metroplex team members seem to communicate and work together well as I never had a person say that they had to transfer me to someone else that was more familiar with my loan application.They are so good that I did something that I have never done with my 10+ previous home purchases, I agreed to a future appointment to review my mortgage with ****.... again, something that I have not done before working with Metroplex.5 starts and 10 thumbs-up....

      Most knowledgeable and friendly group of professionals. Quick to respond to questions and easy to talk to. I was nervous about the refinance program but they walked me through it till the end. What I liked was the team attitude. They work together to get all the questions answered. Thank you again ladies and gentleman and know I will gladly give your name and number to family or friend looking to get a mortgage or refinance. Best to all of you.

      Metroplex did an awesome job providing us with a mortgage on our new home purchase. They were very informed and we even closed 2 weeks early with a USDA loan. I would use them again if I need another mortgage loan!!

      **** and his team are the best.We have used Metroplex twice, once for a USDA loan and most recently an FHA loan. They are with you every step of the way. They answer all your questions, always a phone call away. They are genuinely happy when you find a house. Closing was in a timely manner, in fact it was a week earlier than the original date! It was a great experience both times. We highly recommend ***************'s @ Metroplex and his whole team!
