1 starAssociates Home Loan of Florida, Inc. honesty is at question, that employs, a man named Patrick W. (license only for a loan officer). "A physical address is all that's needed to file an LLC". Associate HomeLoan allows W. to use their physical address to record his secondary bogus / fraudulent business (Private Mortgage Source, LLC). This allowing W. and his LLC to appear legit. Williams covered his tracks to avoid his fraudulent acts for there is no Website, no email address and no phone for his secondary bogus business. Williams scam to fraud cannot be reported to authorities because there is no information showing that Private Mortgage Source, LLC even exist, only the recorded LLC. Associates Home Loan of Florida, having knowledge that Patrick W. / Private Mortgage Source LLC. is operating a bogus business under their address, without a license appears as if Associates Home Loan of Florida Inc. is involved in such actions of W. committing fraud or fraud of their own.

Patrick Williams was an employee at Associates Home Loan since 2010, his email address is [email protected], and uses our address for private mortgage source LLC. Patrick has been deceased since the beginning of May 2023. He did not conduct business at the address used for private mortgage source LLC.J. H.

The response/statement given contradicts itself and lacks the truth.
Mr. ******** acting as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Broker, Debt Collector or Debt Collection Agency, and uses the address of another corporation then Mr. ******** is conducting business at that address that requires to be a licensed and registered for such services in Florida, and he was not.
However, in 2016, records show Mr. ******** as a mortgage broker conducted business while employed at Associates Home Loans of Florida.
It appears that Associates Home Loan of Florida has knowledge of Private Mortgage Source, LLC./ ******* ******** is/was a scam and fraudulent.
In order for Mr. ******** or anyone to conduct the LLC. business you need contact information such as a physical address, Website, Email address and phone number for that business, and according to the Federal Trade Commission's, ******* ******** LLC. has no such information. The only way Mr. ******** can conduct his bogus LLC is by using Associates Home Loans of Florida, Inc. contact information. This is fraud.Review fromCheryl P
