I downloaded the Kashkick app to make some money and after playing a game on their app and meeting the required goals of the game total amount of $50 owed to me to cash out, they have blocked me from the app opening so I cannot access the money they owe to me. I feel I have been scammed out of my valuable time and money I earned according to their guidelines.Business Response

I created a KashKick account on March 28, 2025, and began completing promotional offers manually on my smartphone. I also referred my husband through their referral program, which promised 25% of his earnings. He completed multiple high-value offers including one worth at least $405 and while I received some partial referral credits, a significant portion was still pending at the time my account was terminated. I was never able to successfully withdraw any rewards. On May 8, 2025, just two days after I submitted my first withdrawal request, I was locked out of my account with a message stating it was blocked due to fraud activity. I contacted KashKick support and was told I had allegedly used automation or AI tools. I replied promptly, explaining that I completed everything manually on my own device and have never used bots or AI.A few days later, the reason changed: I was told my account had been terminated because multiple accounts were accessed on the same device. This is both vague and misleading. My husband and I used separate KashKick accounts with different names, phones, emails, and ****** accounts. We completed our offers individually on our own smartphones. The only shared device was a household computer we occasionally used to check account status or initiate withdrawals not to complete offers.I now have no access to my account and cannot verify the full balance or history. However, based on completed offers and pending referral earnings, my own unpaid rewards exceed $400, potentially over $500. Between my husbands and my accounts, we are owed well over $900. KashKick has not provided a fair review, appeal process, or payout for what was legitimately earned.Their shifting explanations, sudden termination, and lack of transparency raise serious concerns.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:KashKicks reply does not address the actual concerns raised in my complaint. Instead of providing a meaningful response, they cite an unrelated issue with their BBB membership as justification for refusing to engage.
This does not resolve my case in any way. Ive attempted to communicate with the company directly, but have been met with vague and conflicting explanations and no clear resolution. Their refusal to participate in the BBB complaint process only raises further concerns about transparency and fairness.
I have submitted formal complaints to the ************************ and the Florida Attorney General, and I am prepared to take further action if necessary. I request that this complaint remain open and publicly visible so that other consumers are aware of this companys pattern of avoiding accountability.Sincerely,

Complaint: 23336580
I am rejecting this response because:KashKicks reply simply references a general clause in their Terms of Service, stating they may terminate accounts at their discretion. However, this response fails to address the specific and substantial unpaid earnings I rightfully accumulated before my account was terminated.
I had a separate account under my own name, email, device, and ******* I completed multiple offers manually and in good faith, including some that required a personal investment. I also referred my husband, who completed offers independently, and I earned referral bonuses from his activity. Despite following the rules, my account was closed shortly after I attempted my first withdrawal.
The explanations for the termination have shifted from alleged automated activity, to shared device use despite no evidence of policy violations and the fact that we only used a shared household computer occasionally to check balances (not to complete offers).
Taken together, the unpaid earnings from both of our accounts amount to well over $900, while KashKick likely received commission from the offers we completed. We were never given a meaningful opportunity to verify our accounts or appeal the decision.
I have filed complaints with the *** and the Florida Attorney General, and I am prepared to pursue small claims court if necessary. Unless KashKick chooses to engage in good faith, I request this complaint remain open and publicly visible for the sake of transparency and accountability.
Sincerely,

Complaint: 23336580
I am rejecting this response because:KashKick has now responded multiple times with nothing more than a generic reference to their Terms of Service. This is not an acceptable resolution and fails to acknowledge or address the substantial unpaid earnings I accrued through legitimate use of their platform.
I used my own name, email, phone, and ****** account. I completed multiple offers manually including ones that required a personal investment and I referred my husband, which earned me additional referral bonuses. My account was terminated shortly after attempting my first payout, and no clear, consistent explanation has ever been provided.
Between my own earnings and unpaid referral bonuses, my losses are significant. Combined with my husband's terminated account, our household is being denied more than $900 in earnings all while KashKick likely received commission from the advertisers involved.
I have already filed complaints with the *** and the Florida Attorney General, and I am actively evaluating small claims court as the next step.
Unless KashKick is willing to revisit this case fairly and transparently, I request this complaint remain open and publicly visible so other consumers can be informed.

I created my KashKick account on March 28, 2025, and completed several offers manually using my own smartphone. One major offer I completed was Star Trek Fleet Command, worth approximately $405, which has not been paid due to my account being terminated on May 8, 2025.While I was able to successfully withdraw smaller amounts prior to termination, this and other completed offers remain unpaid. KashKick has provided multiple conflicting explanations for closing my account:- Alleged use of automation or AI tools - Having multiple accounts on the same device - Use of a non-**** carrier I have never used bots, automation, or AI tools to interact with KashKick or its partners. I am a lawful permanent resident, living in the **** full-time. I use ***************** for my mobile service and **** for home internet. If your system flagged me incorrectly, it may have been due to common VoIP routing or Wi-Fi calling ********* wife also had a separate KashKick account, created the same day. She referred me under your 25% referral program and completed offers on her own device. Her account was also terminated, and she was never able to withdraw any earnings, including her referral bonuses. We used different names, emails, devices, and ****** accounts. The only shared device was a household computer used to check our balances and initiate payoutsnot to complete offers.Unfortunately, neither of us can access our accounts anymore, so we cannot determine the exact total. However, based on known offer values and referrals, we estimate the amount owed is well over $900including at least $405 owed to me from the Star Trek Fleet Command offer alone.Business Response

Complaint: 23335762
I am rejecting this response because:KashKicks response does not address the actual issue and instead deflects by citing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau unrelated to my complaint.
To be clear, I was a legitimate user of ********************** who completed offers manually and in good faith. I am owed at least $405 in earnings, and my account was terminated without warning or a chance to appeal. KashKick has since provided conflicting explanations first citing "AI use," then "shared device," and later "non-US carrier" none of which were substantiated.
Their refusal to address this complaint through the BBB reflects a lack of accountability, not a resolution. I have also submitted formal complaints to the *** and Florida Attorney General, and I am considering small claims court if this remains unresolved.
I respectfully ask that this complaint remain open and publicly visible to help other consumers make informed decisions.

Complaint: 23335762
I am rejecting this response because:KashKicks reply simply cites a general clause from their Terms of Service stating they can terminate accounts at their discretion. This does not address the core of my complaint: the unpaid rewards I rightfully earned, including at least $405 from a Star Trek Fleet Command offer that I completed manually and in good faith.
I also invested personal funds into completing that offer (as it required in-app purchases), meaning KashKick likely earned their commission yet they are refusing to pay me what Im owed. This creates an unfair dynamic where the company benefits while penalizing users without due process or explanation.
Additionally, KashKick provided multiple conflicting justifications for the termination of my account, ranging from alleged AI use, to device sharing, to detection of a "foreign carrier" (despite my use of a U.S. carrier, Visible by *******). These inconsistencies raise further concerns about how account closures are handled and whether legitimate users are being denied rewards.
Given their refusal to properly address or resolve this matter, Ive already submitted formal complaints to the ************************ (***) and the Florida Attorney General, and I am actively considering filing a small claims court case if the issue is not resolved.
I remain open to resolving this professionally and fairly. Until then, I ask that this BBB complaint remain open and publicly visible to help inform other consumers.Sincerely,

Complaint: 23335762
I am rejecting this response because:
KashKicks repeated replies continue to ignore the actual issue: the unpaid earnings I generated through legitimate activity. Simply repeating we closed the account per our Terms of Service without explanation or engagement is not a valid or fair resolution.
I completed offers in good faith, including one worth over $400, which required both time and personal investment. KashKick likely received their commission for these offers, yet they terminated my account without providing any proof of a violation only inconsistent and shifting justifications over time.
This kind of vague, dismissive response especially after multiple messages and complaints shows a lack of transparency and accountability. I have already filed complaints with the *** and the Florida Attorney General and am now seriously evaluating legal options through small claims court.
Unless KashKick is willing to engage in good faith, I request this complaint remain open and visible to the public to warn other consumers of this treatment.

This company is super shady, they make you wait over a month for things to clear. Then when I went to cash out it said unprocessed with no explanation. So pretty much just took the money. On the Kashkick app, today I filed a support ticket to find out why my third ****** payment was delayed after 3 business days. The payment was for 180$. After the support ticket was filed, one of their support agents emailed me saying that a non-US carrier was using my account and I was apparently outside of ******. After saying this they completed closed my account and removed all my earnings. I had a total of 683$ as earnings, only receiving 158$ through the first two payments. Before my first payment, they had me extensively verify my identity through a selfie, my state-id card and the last 4 digits of my social security number, which I successfully did and they confirmed it. Even receiving two payments from them with no issue, they suddenly claim I am not in the ** when I requested my third payment which is higher in amount than the other two previous payments. I am also yet to receive my pending 250$ from them along with pending payments from the other offers I completed. They are clearly trying to not pay me and I have already emailed them and am waiting for their response.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have said in my email that I'm happy to provide any additional proof to verify that I am a US citizen currently residing in the **. Regarding the cellular carrier, its a traveling Sim card that has remained disabled in my phone for the majority of the time while I'm in the **. During the first month after registering on the site not once did, they ever raise any sort of issue to me about this problem. The cellular carrier has remained disabled on my phone and was never used as it couldn't even function. Had they ever told me this was an issue during that time, I would have simply complied. Now after I've done several offers and with payments pending, they didn't even bother to ask for any additional proof nor any sort of explanation and suddenly decided to close my account cause now it's a problem. And in that same first month while trying to change my email, their support requested my Ip address, current state and city and other personal info and verified that it was in fact correct. Not to mention my US verified ****** along with my state ID etc. and now they suddenly claim I'm outside the country?
If you guys had common decency, you would've at least informed me in the first place when I registered that this would've been a issue even though its a clear misunderstanding. Or better yet pay what I'm currently owned after deciding to listen to an explanation before jumping into conclusions. I'm waiting for your response.
Sincerely,

Your games are registering with our advertisers using that Non-US cellular service, unfortunately they do not allow non-us carriers. If you had a US carrier, then it would show up as a US phone and cellular service. Until you have that, there is nothing more we can do.Customer Answer

Complaint: 23305939
I am rejecting this response because:I have a 2nd device with a US carrier Sim card, T-Mobile to be specific. If that's the case, could I have my account reactivated so that I could then log in with my 2nd device to confirm that I do own a US cellular device?
And to address the advertisers not allowing non-US cellular Sim card, I have never used that Sim card as it stayed deactivated in my phone being a traveling sim as I previously stated in my replies. Even when I first registered using your app and started doing the offers on my phone in the same day, never did I receive a single complaint, notification or error stating that I was using a non-US cellular Sim card for a whole month until I filed a support ticket to complain why my third ****** withdrawal was delayed. My first two payments went fine. If it was rejected by the advertisers how did those get allowed?
So according to this it seems it was a recent change you guys enforced that I'm sure you guys can reactivate my account to allow me to validate this misunderstanding.
Sincerely,

on 3/19 i started an offer on KashKick, i completed the offer by 3/25. KashKick required that i completed the tasks for the game & make various in-app purchases to qualify for the rewards- all of which i completed within the given timeframe. kashkick then held my earnings for 30 days before releasing them into my account, they say that it takes that long to process so they can verify everything is legit. last week i requested to withdraw my earnings of $313, and i woke up today to see that they had cancelled my withdrawal and brought my balance down to $83. i emailed support to ask what happened, and was told that i needed to complete purchases for the offers, when i told them i did and provided screenshots of the receipts, they told me i hadnt spent enough money for it to qualify. the wording on the offer was complete ANY in-app purchase which i had done, there was no indication that i needed to spend a certain amount. when i pointed this out, they told me they couldnt do anything. when i pointed out that their customer service had confirmed the purchases did count one month prior, they told me the same thing- that i wouldnt be getting the money i worked hard for.Business Response

The Kashkick website and app presents users with the premise of "Challenges" where one can download various phone games with goals set by Kashkick and offer rewards of USD money should you complete the requirements. They use the tracking function of the game app to make record of when the user completes any given task, and ********************** can automatically show the user that the tasks completed was recorded in their system and the reward is pending. I attempted the challenge linked to the game Bingo Blitz and with the first section of the goals these functions were working as intended. However, tracking stopped abruptly for the later levels and difficult but high paying rewards of "Complete *****/**********/****** within X days and make an in app purchase" It is typical protocol that, if tracking the install and early goals was successful, then the error is something on their end, and you can file a ticket with evidence you completed the other goals and get help with getting your rewards credited. I did so and provided complete evidence of completing every untracked goal with ****** Play receipts, screenshots, screen recordings, and timestamps provided by employees of Bingo Blitz. Kashkick support proceeded to not review any of my proof and closed the ticket. This leads me to conclude that the website and company are scammers, who should not be trusted to fulfill anything they've written on their site pages. They deceive the user with allowing the tracking to work for goals that pay cents to single-digit dollars, then deliberately halt tracking for arduous and long term goals, so they can profit off the advertising revenue of your gameplay for free.Business Response

Complaint: 23237037
I am rejecting this response because:1. In their reply to my BBB complaint they have once again accused me falsely. In regards to the supposed violation:
Kashkick has their list of available games grouped all together in a single list. While working on the Bingo Blitz offer I also downloaded a game associated with a different offer, County Story: Merge & Cooking. I used my android device to download and play both apps. The County Story game however was erroneously marked as an iOS game in their systems logs. Despite having nothing in the offer terms that it was an offer reserved for iOS users, the site allowed me to download on my android phone, and the install goal tracked on their site. It was not until later did their support staff told me that this was a rule violation, and I repeat myself, despite having no indication on my end that this offer was marked as an iOS game.
2. Kashkick refuses to take responsibility for their error, refuses to consider my evidence of playtime on the app on the screentime tracking app exclusively on Android device, and refuses to help with the actual untracked goals on the offer I submitted this complaint on behalf of in the first place.
I implore anyone to never make an account on **********************, either their site or app, or attempt any of the offers. Because they can and will make false accusations of rule violations and remove tracking ******nilly. This is part of their scam to receive the payment game companies offer them to put up offers on their site, while also keeping the cut meant to be paid to players who successfully complete its goals, thus swindling us out of our time and money. In my experience with a similar site, SwagBucks, who has never given me any trouble whatsoever, it's clear that Kashkick is a racket.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.
When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.
BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period, except for customer reviews. Customer reviews posted prior to July 5, 2024, will no longer be published when they reach three years from their submission date. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this company, please let them know that you checked their record with BBB.
As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation. BBB charges a fee for BBB Accreditation. This fee supports BBB's efforts to fulfill its mission of advancing marketplace trust.
