      This business advertises ways to earn money based on playing games or downloading and buying certain things. I was awarded $124 based on a game that I had played honestly and Kash Kick shut down my account once I tried to PayPal the balance. When I questioned my access they accused me of cheating and skipping levels. I told them I honestly played the game and showed a screen shot of the amount of time I spent as proof. Havent heard anything from them and they are ignoring every email. I should be awarded the $124

      I am rejecting this response because: when I look through my screen time, I am only able to go back to September 3rd and I stopped playing the game sometime in August.

      I did previously email a screenshot to the business but no response from it.

      i cant upload a jpeg photo which is how my screenshot is saved from my phone. 

      I played the game honestly and legitimately.

The steps you provided to show the screen time used doesnt allow me to show the timeframe in which this Dice game was completed. Are there other steps for me to show proof of this?

      After completing 2 offers in a relatively short period of time I had my account banned. They accused me of fraud which is a VERY rich thing to claim when you yourself haven't been around very long. I completed bingo blitz for $120 of which they paid out 40$. They still owe $80 and they also owe $50.00 for my most recent completion of House of fun. I reached out to kashkick and they claimed I had violated their use of bots detection system. That is nonsense, I don't even know how to use a bot. I'm calling them out for denial of payment. They are the ones who are frauds.

      I earned a little over ****** on Kashkick.com, I have been playing games for them since August the 4th.I was credited with the funds and waited a month for them to be accessible to withdraw to my Paypal account. The first amount over the 10$ was available 9/9/23 and was for ***** and some change. I activated the process to send this amount to my paypal, and this was pending as of yesterday (9/12/2023). I had 100$ that was due to be available today on 9/13/2023 from another goal but lo and behold when I went to log into my Kashkick, my account was closed with no reason or forewarning and I was told to contact support. I have emailed support and there has been no response and they only take requests by email. Very frustrating and suspicious. I have spent a month of my time earning this money and it may seem like nothing to them but I am a stay at home mom and 176$ is a very big deal to me especially when it took me a month to earn it.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. They have awarded me my winnings however they are still exhibiting shady business practices. You cannot refuse to pay people their earnings on the basis of an allegation of fraud without proof, not to mention they had no intention of reaching out to me or responding without your help.  Thank you BBB. I accept the money as it is what's right however, they should continue to be investigated lest they do this to others.

      I used this site for months and never had a problem until I tried to withdraw the $220 I was owed and still left $26 in my account. They said fraudulent activity was reported on my account and closed my account. ALL of the money I made was freed and cleared weeks ago. They will not answer my emails and there is no phone number to contact anyone unless you have access to your account. I actually paid money to make this money. My account is closed and I am locked out of it to even provide proof of the money that is owed to me. I researched this company when I opened the account and found very good reviews. Now, when I research kashkick.com I'm finding in the last 1 month a flood of negative reviews for people not getting paid for the same reason. They only say it's a 3rd party decision and do not provide any proof.

      I have attached my first inquiry that I made requesting that I be compensated for my winning level 300 on Best Fiends. My phone shortly after froze due to bugs with tracking and I needed to delete this app to get my phone to work again. I am afraid to reinstall the app to show my progress for fear of it damaging my phone again. Im sure you understand. I would prefer all dialog be monitored through BBB rather than starting a new thread elsewhere.

      I completed Level 300 on Best Fiends within 21 days after installing and was told that I would receive $60. I had across phone tracking enabled when I completed the level. My phone then completely froze and stopped working and I tried a ton of different troubleshooting until I went into the Apple Store and they had me delete the Best Fiends app and restart my phone. I believe the across app tracking is damaging peoples phones AND I didnt even ever receive the $60 for completing the offer.

      When you agree to our Terms of Service, it clearly states, ************ bears no responsibility for any activities reported as completed by members for which it has no record of."  Also your internet carrier, service or settings have proxies turned on, which may interfere with tracking and we have mentioned this before. We recommend that if you do not see the download in your progress tab, then somewhere in the downloading/tracking process there is an error. If the download does not show in your account that you successfully installed the app from KashKick, then it is not tracking and you will not be credited for any progress played. After you have downloaded a game and opened it for the first time to accept tracking, we recommend going back into your KashKick account and clicking on the progress tab to see if your new game is there and in your earnings account to see if it shows "Successfully Install the App."

      I signed up with this company/website months ago to earn 120 for club Vegas app and 125 for dice dreams app. I surpassed the levels they required and months later I have wrote them plenty of times and never ********** for dice dreams at all and still waiting for credit/payment for club Vegas. They offer me no help. I spent so many hours reaching the levels they required and have not been paid anything. Very disappointed!I I want the pay I was told I would make.

      August 27th and 28th After completing the proper task to receive $85 and doing the tasks within the 5 days that it also states i will be paid by/within I contacted support questioning why it was saying I earned the Money but they wont give it to me for 30 days instead of 2,3, and 5 like the ad says. They state "Sadly, fraudulent accounts or bots can create fake account activity, and this is often not detected by the Advertiser immediately. These entities aim to gain a reward without genuine interest in the offer. We want to assure you that this doesn't seem to be the case with your account, but these protective measures are in place for everyone." so after going back checking that i IN fact did complete them in proper allotted time. even going into their system and correcting it to reward me with an administrative addition of my final $50 of the reward. they still are withholding funds from me.So you know that im not doign anythign fraudulent, you circumvented this saftey parameter in order to allow for an administrative adjustment that will also be awarded sooner than the other money will be somehow...but you cannot just give me the money now? when ONLY after you complete the rewards do you state that there is a waiting period...

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As seen in my screenshots provided you can see email correspondence where your employees have confirmed and indicate that see now fraudulent activity done by me. So if they already did their checks for fraudulent activity or chargebacks which would not apply to this situation, why do you need to wait 30 days to have a payout given to me for the tasks being done?

      Also shown is you going in and correcting that your system had an error and in fact were able to award me the task at your own manually input date. the screenshot in regards to the avilabliilty date you can clearly see is messed up and out of order, but i some how was awarded the later task sooner than others? But. you state you cannot award it early? So which is it?

      NEXT :"Company may offer one or more rewards programs under which Users may earn virtual currency rewards in the form of KashKick Kash, which has a $1 = $1 **** Dollar conversion rate, as of July 1st 2017. KashKick Kash is worth zero, considered unearned, and has no redeemable value until a user has achieved the minimum account balance required to be eligible to make a payment request and a user payment request has been made, and acknowledged and approved by KashKick. The current minimum balance required for redemption is $10, but this is subject to change at KashKicks sole discretion."

      Note how you refer to KASH and KASHKICK KASH and you can only redeem $ which is USD yes? so why is it on all of your advertsments inclding the one attached does it say $ you earn $ cash you earn MONEY. So why were you ever holding my money i EARNED . at no time during my sleecting that game to play to finishing the task untli being told by your support staff was it made known that it would be KASH i would recevie as compensation not CASH...since it was never clearly defined in your Terms of Service or otherwise

      None of what you said makes sense. There is always a pending period on games and offers. It is in the Terms of Service, also your pending period is up and the rest of your earnings is available for withdrawal to your PayPal account. Would you like me to disable the account after your payment since you do not agree or like our terms?

      I legitimately completed several game offers. I, of course, had to spend a tons of money making in -app purchases to complete all of the offer requirements. Not to mention the time I invested in. While waiting for my pending balance to becomes available, they just closed my account. I contacted support and was given a generic response something about me being inconsistent with survey answers. Well, for what is worth, I didn't even take any surveys. Their support refused to follow-up when I sent them another email. As far as I know, I did everything legitimately and by their rules. I feel totally scammed by this business for taking advantage of me, my money and my time. I am owed somewhere between $200 to $300 from this business.

      I have been an active member of the kashkick website for several months. During that period, I earned $10, and it was sent to my PayPal account. During the past two months, I participated in several surveys in addition to offers and games, and I earned another $10... Once I asked for the money that I got after a lot of effort, I was notified By the site to ban my membership with a very surprising decision for me, I tried to contact the support team and my request was completely ignored. Well, they cannot deceive simply like this, without significant consequences. I would very much like to contact them to understand the error or justify their position
