    Was told at the time of purchase I was allowed copies of my scans and rad report for $20. Once I requested them, they advised me that they would NOT release to me - only to a *** I believe this is in violation of *** patient rights laws. Patients are entitled to their records. Further followup emails were ignored. Other comments are that this is sort of like a time share sales presentation - you have to sit through a lengthy presentation trying to sell you very expensive packages $5K plus!

    Purchased on 10/22/23. Called on 10/24/23 to set Saturday appointment. Called on 11/28/23 to set Saturday appointment. Each time being assured that they would soon have a Saturday appointment. Called 2/26/24 to request money return. Not one time did they call me to refund money when I had attempted on many occasions to set an appointment.
