On 1/20/22 at Medi Clinics Primary Care, around 5 pm, I made a payment of $939.00 in cash for immigration labs service, which would consist in blood work at Quest Diagnostics and filing of form I-693 for **************************** and ************************************On the following morning, 1/21/22, I went straight to the same clinic, located at *****************, and spoke with the same lady who attended me the day before and asked if the appointment for blood work at Quest Diagnostics had been made. Since the appointment was not made and no other service has been executed, I requested to stop the immigration service requested and ordered to get back the amount paid. The reason for doing that was because I realized I was being overcharged for this service. I found other clinics where I could use my insurance to cover the blood word, and where the filing of I-693 would cost me just a fraction of what I was paying. The clinic attendant declined the request saying ********************** office does not return the patient's payment even without providing any service. Then I asked to talk to their manager, and after telling the manager was not in the office, I asked the attendant to tell the manager to call me back as soon as possible. The manager didn't call me, and the following day, I called the office and spoke with a different person, which gave me a negative message for my request but with a different response, where ********************** office could give back the paid amount but would charge $150 per person for the unprovided service - which would cost me $450. I paid $939, and ****************** would charge me $450 for nothing. No service was provided. After saying this amount was unfair and would not make any sense for me to agree with it, I've asked to talk to their supervisor. And this time, I got the answer that the supervisor was ******************, and I could not speak to him at the moment because he was running the clinic. Thus I've asked the person to tell ****************** to call me back and solve th

     To Whom It May concern:

We are replying back to the comment which was posted regarding our office. ***************** came to us for immigration services in January 2022. He first called to our office before coming to the office and when he arrived we explained the process and he decided to go ahead with the process. He was here three times before he decided to do the immigration service. We gave him Doctors order for the blood work which he needed to go to Quest to get it done next day. One of our providers called and set up an appointment to go to the quest at 2:30 on 1/21/22. Next day he came to the office after all this was initiated and asked to give money back. After we had provided service on what he asked for and later he changed his mind. We provided our services with good faith.he kept threatening us saying he will bring us to Hills borough County clerk court. We have video footage of all the services provided. We offered to give him money back and only charge him the office fee which we charge $150 per patient. But he refused and kept telling us to refund the entire amount even after the services were provided. Our office manager ****** who is also a provider called him and offered to charge office fee per patient and return the rest of the amount. Once again patient refused the discounted amount and wanted full refund after services were already rendered. If you have any questions or concerns please dont hesitate to contact the office for further information regarding the incident. Thank You.
