I purchased a coaching program that was advertised with a "double your money back guarantee".As the strategies taught in the program did not deliver the promised results despite following the business owner and head coach's (*****************************) advice, I sought a conversation to explore further measures. Nothing but "keep trying and change the approach" was given. Upon consultation with other clients in my niche I found that they also had no results.I asked ***** that my preference would be to get results from the program but if no solutions can be offered I would like to talk about getting my money back - not even double my money.She asked me if I was asking for my money back because that would mean that I would be removed from the program. I replied that that would be fine with me. I understood her response as an agreement to refund my investment and noticed that I was instantly removed from coaching calls and the program's ******** group.To my surprise I received an email from an employee of the company who stated that I didn't "qualify" for the "double your money back guarantee" (that I hadn't asked for) and that the 30-day money back guarantee had expired.I sent an email clarifying the situation and referring to my call with *****, cc'ing her as well.Now ***** did not agree anymore and insisted I could not get my money back while keeping me excluded from the program.Wondering why I was treated this way, I noticed that I had been sent a docusign email with a contract that got lost in my emails and I never opened nor read nor signed.But I did find the email with the payment link including the words "of course we will honor our double your money back guarantee"Never was I informed about the "real" terms of the "double your money back guarantee".I believe the guarantee that Viral Growth Media offers is deceptive, designed to take advantage of clients and in my case just fraudulent as it is based on a contract I never signed.
