Kendall Shaw is really a huge scam! One of the worst marketing agencies I've ever come across! The CEO Kendall has no experience regarding marketing and just blabbers what he thinks is true. Better stay away from Scale Bold. They are a copy cat company of some other company. We've lost in total $10k trusting this fraud company. Don't get fooled by these black people. Do not work with this company. We worked with them for a few months, got terrible results and very little attention to solve those issues. It's a few young kids that are good at sales and onboarding clients, but once they have you they don't follow through on any of their promises. After cancelling our retainer we were billed for an extra month and never were refunded. Super unethical people. Do not work with them.Review from TJ

I was offered a Instagram Message blast DM service by the co-found of ScaleBold by the name of Anthony C.. Not only did I not get the service in which I paid I also had the absolute WORST customer experience overall. The communication was extremely lack luster and pretty much filled with lies and broken promises. In the end I simply asked for my money back for a service that I was never provided and he refused. Therefore I will see to it that no one else is SCAMMED by this guy or his company in the future.Review from Shivani K

Scalebold badly scammed me and I lost over $10K. I paid $4000 for two months each and received horrible quality services and lost not only the $8000 in fees, but also more losses on ads where they spent more on the ads than my actual revenue. Before this I had great results with another freelancer but I wanted to scale so I joined them. My ad performance drastically went down and instead of making a profit, I lost on every order shipped. They broke their contract because they launched my ads in 20 days, not 7 days like their contract says. Their website guarantees results but they never do what they say. They missed meetings and left me with a huge hole in my pocket. I'm not sure why their company still exists after scaling hundreds of people.Review from Sarah L

Amazing experience working with the team! I was referred over by a friend of mine from college and also saw a few ads. I was able to scale my business and loved the communication with Jay L. They promised to get my ads up in running within 7-10 business days but launched even faster. I'm excited to see the future of working with this team.Review from Tim T
