    On Feb 26th I purchase this businesses services. They have not been able to deliver on there promises. Before sign up it is discussed that they guarantee refund if they do no deliver and are unhappy with services. On July 6th I made contact via email to request a refund and cancellation of services. I was met with a team member making some sort of offer to keep utilizing the system, in which I refused and asked to discontinue services. I was met with an email to sign a form, in which I signed the form. However I was not aware that on the form it says that they will not refund any money for services, nothing about a refund, in which I had accidentally overlooked. I had good faith they were delivering on my request on July 6th of a refund and cancellation. I have spoke with the resolution manager and they are very unwilling to refund as they said this was my mistake, when I indeed asked for a refund prior as well. There was miscommunication between parties, but they are unwilling to make it right even though they have a guarantee refund and I was within the proper timeframe to request that refund. I attempted to pull the original contract however my access has expired. However, I can provide any emails between myself and the business.

    Please know that we have only our clients best interests at heart, and our goal has always been to ****** successful, long-term relationships with every client we serve. Our team works diligently to provide the highest level of service and support, and we are committed to maintaining transparency throughout every step of the process.
    In this case, we have communicated with the client multiple times via email in the past , and there was an ongoing exchange of correspondence regarding their concerns. We thoroughly reviewed their account and the client willingly  e-signed the legally binding Account Clousre form on their own Unfortunately, the client may have failed to take the time to read the very visible  outlined terms and conditions of the form. , as detailed in their signed agreement and our Terms & Conditions we retain all monies paid at the time of asccount closure . 
    We are fully committed to fairness and professionalism, and we must also adhere to the legally binding terms of our contracts. These contracts are in place to clearly define both client and company responsibilities, ensuring that all parties understand the guidelines from the outset and they failed to read the contract that responsibility fall with them not us . 
    While we regret that we could not meet the clients expectations in this instance, we do stand by our contractual policies and the decisions made under them. The client is always welcome to contact our Support Team for additional clarification in regards to their previous account with us .
    We genuinely wish every client success, and it remains our sincere hope that they achieve their goalswhether with us or elsewhere.
    This email serves as our formal response regarding this matter.
