This company is the worst. My 2024 ****** Sentra was totaled 2/10/2025. My insurance company Progressive paid there portion leaving the remainder for Classic Gap to pay. I submitted all forms and contracts requested by Classic in the claims portal. The Lender uploaded their documents as well on 5/28/2025. I have been back and forth checking the status of my claim and each time I was given different information about documents that were missing. None of my documents were missing. Everything was uploaded by the cut off date of 6/2/2025. This is ridiculous. No one can give you a direct answer. Today I was told that I'm missing yet another document (service contract) which was uploaded in the portal and the representative from Classic seen that it was uploaded. She then said yes I see you have uploaded it but we need it uploaded from your Lender as well. So called the Lender and needless to say they assured me that they have uploaded all documents as well and the date it was uploaded. Which was before the cut off date of 6/2/2025. This is unacceptable. I will be taking legal action at this point.

Norman & Company takes every complaint seriously. After
looking over your claim, we did not receive a copy of the service contract
until June 23, 2025, which made the claim 30 days late, according to the
terms of your Gap Waiver Addendum. An exception was made: The claim was
approved after undergoing the audit process. The claim payment will be sent to
the lender holder on the next check run. If you have any concerns or questions,
    please don't hesitate to call.

My vehicle was deemed a total lost, the insurance company paid their portion, which left me with a balance of ******** all paperwork was submitted on time through their portal, I also received and email stating all documents have been received and to wait 10 to 20 business days for an response about the remainder of the payoff. So I called today to check the status to hear that my claim was denied from the representative and the reason she said it was denied was due to my insurance company USAA has paid too much on my claim and Norman and Company want cover the remaining balance, now at this point the representative said my claim was denied on 2/17/25 and no email or letter was mailed out, my initial response was through gap agreement that what I owe on my vehicle loan and its actual cash value if the car is totaled gap protects me from owing more than the car is worth and Norman and Company suppose to cover the remainder after the insurance company has paid their portion so I called Kia ******* and told them the issue and was placed on hold 2 or 3 times while the representative was talking to her supervisor and I was told by the representative that doesnt make any sense, also I called **** and spoke with a representative about the complaint and they had the same response so, I then called ***** Kia *********** ******* Department this evening left my number so I can hear what they have to say about this issue due to me purchasing the contract through the dealership also if nothing is resolved I will be seeking legal action against Norman and Company

The worst company to deal with, especialy the scammer Tom. After receiving a letter from Wells Fargo on or about the 1st or 2nd week of August, that I needed to contact Norman & Company, I contacted Norman & Company and spoke to a person by the name of Jorge. He explained that do to comprehensive insurance, I need to fill our a form. In late August, Jorge send me the form and I returned it by the 25th of September. They denied that they received the letter in late September, even though I spoke to a representative stating that they did receive. They are trying everything in the book not to pay me. We will be filing a law suit against this company. This is a warning not to do business with crooks like Norman & Company.

If i could leave 0 stars i most certainly would! I purchased GAP insurance with my vehicle from the dealership in Jan 2023 and paid $695 out of pocket for the policy. Fast forward to march 2024 some lady cut me off totaling out my vehicle. My insurance paid off a majority of the loan leaving a remaining balance of *****. GAP denied the claim. When i called to get an explanation they couldnt explain to me why it was denied. They are all about taking your money but when it comes down to actually covering their customers you can expect to be screwed over! This only goes to prove that all the allegations of Norman and company *** being a scamming insurance company is true. (GAP: GUARANTEED ASSET PROTECTION) clearly classictrak pretends to guarantee protection but screws you in the end.

I purchased a GAP policy from my dealership over 13 months ago. The dealership just filed bankruptcy and today I received a letter that my policy was being cancelled as the dealership never paid the premium. Do you really expect me to believe you went 13 months without payment?! So frustrating and I'm now out $1599! I want my money back whether it be from these crooks or Offleaseonly that charged me the premium!
