    8/14/2023, I paid $1,811.72 for this company to blow cellulose insulation into my attic. An employee from this business destroyed a large portion of my ductwork by stepping, sitting, and or sliding his body weight on my ductwork. there are multiple tears, gashes and areas where it is completely crushed and not functional. After noticing a water spot on my ceiling, I thought something was wrong with my roof, so I had a roofing contractor check it out and he let me know of the damage and showed photos and said it was from condensation buildup due to the crushed ductwork. I contacted ****** company since they were the last company in my attic to let him know and give him an opportunity to fix the damages. A heating and ac company came out to give an estimate and **** was notified of the extent of damages and now is refusing to pay for it. The ductwork repair/ replacement will cost $4,800, but the insulation will need to be removed for them to come and fix it and will need to be blown back in once the job is completed, which will most likely be another $2,000 at the least. The ceiling is also cracked from the pressure being put on it from the damaged ductwork. Which has not been assessed by a contractor yet.

    On the morning of 12/28/23 I called and left voicemail to reschedule my appointment because it was raining and I didn’t want my home tracked up. Lynn returned my call and said the installer can still come out when it’s raining, she said the installer would wear shoe covers and clean up after themselves. I agreed to keep the appointment. I asked Lynn how long would the insulation process take? Lynn replied “2 to 3 hours at the most” . Installers Daniel (only installer in attic ) as Jay operated equipment on truck were completely finished with blowing insulation as well as clean up in less than an hour. I asked Daniel where’s the beginning and ending pictures of my attic that I was told I would receive? Daniel said he texted the pictures to my phone. Upon reviewing the pictures (end of insulation only provided) I noticed an area on one picture where the ruler was placed to measure amount of insulation blown was higher than the area next to the ruler was lower. Daniel looked at the picture in question walked out of my home mumbling “this too much”. Daniel sent Jay inside with his phone to collect payment on the reader app. Jay was unsuccessful at getting payment information entered into app because it was in Spanish. Jay had to get Daniel to come process payment.. Daniel then returned inside with an attitude. I asked why are you so quick to get upset with the customer? He replied “no no no”, processed the payment and walked out again without saying anything. Jay was extremely courteous and professional, Daniel gives the company a bad reputation with his disrespectful attitude and leaving his cigarette butt on my driveway.. I texted the picture in question to Lynn, she replied she reviewed all the pictures and they are all at or above R38 the picture I questioned seems to capture the attic angle. I want to make sure I receive what I paid for. The company have my home square footage. Why was I told 2-3 hours when it was much less time to complete?
