      This business has shady business practices of singing up individuals for subscriptions without their knowledge and charging them for it. And if they send you a product, they will not let you return it for a refund even if its unopened. Im seeking a refund.

      I paid $4.99 for a sample and was immediately enrolled in a subscription (not by my choosing) and then charged for the subscription prior to having received the late delivery trial bottle. Numerous emails were immediately sent to cancel the subscription and refund this money. No email response about the refund has yet been received as of the time of filing this complaint. The email received only confirmed the subscription was canceled. I hate doing business with companies like thisI later found out they did this to other people and are near impossible to get a response from when it comes to the refund. Waste of time, no integrity as a company, I feel scammed. Clearly trying to sample a product from this company was a mistake.

      I requested a sample and paid 499 for shipping. I never received the sample of the product but the company did charge me $54 a full subscription just two weeks later without ever receiving the sample product. I contacted the company before they shipped out the full subscription and let know that I did not receive the sample and did not yet want to start a subscription because I hadnt been able to try it and they ignored me. They did not respond to any of my attempts to contact and still proceeded to ship the product. This site is a scam.

      Transaction date : 6/17/25 Charge : $114.99 I ordered/purchased two double bottle packs for the above cost. I was charged from my checking account and received emails for confirmation with delivery made on 6/24/25. Upon opening package, I received 2 small sample tubes only. I have sent 4emails to the email provided with no response and attempted contact with their Live Chat during hours listed. I have not received a single response to date. I then searched the business through BBB and found several reviews/complaints from other customers for similar issues. Many stating its a fraudulent company.       The product advertised a free sample, with $4.99 shipping. Before I received any samples, the company tried to ship an order as part of a paid subscription. I emailed the company and they mentioned they misplaced my sample request, and would ship directly. That was 11 days ago. The tracking they provided suggests the product has not been received by ****. Im in the same state as the company (**). I cancelled the automatic subscription and didnt receive any samples. Im out $4.99.

      I had ultimately cancelled a pending auto-subscription.

      I placed an order on June 9 2024 for a trial full size bottle of Fing focus where I just had to pay for shipping of 4.99 but then added to a subscription of ***** monthly once I had tried the bottle of focus medication to this day still have not received the product contacted site multiple times there are no customer service phone numbers and their chat for customer service never answers back theres no way to cancel the order no way to cancel the subscription or speak to anyone. The nature of this dispute is to end or terminate this business from scamming other people and receive refund from business this business has never tried to resolve issue or give any update theyve only tried to collect payment and sign people into a subscription service to collect money monthly where they dont have to give any product they have advertising on TikTok, ******* and all over the Internet, which have been seen every day on multiple platforms throughout the day

      On May ************************************************************************ that the re subscriptions was canceled and no future orders would be sent I was then charged for 58 dollars on June 8 2025 . I have asked to speak and use their text messages application for for the last 4 days and no one has either emailed me or text me back for my refund . I have read on Trust pilot and this website of their predatory practices

      I came across a company offering a free sample of anxiety reducing supplements. It was not clearly listed to me that I would be signing up for a continuing subscription after the sample. i was charged and additional $28 for a month supply when i had no intention of continuing since per my *** I cannot take the supplements due to potential interactions. I tried to find where I had a subscription on the website and was not initially able to find that until i clicked on a hyper link that then emailed me access to my subscription. To me this was hidden since its not clearly listed under my account. I cancelled the subscription and had to ****** how to contact the company since it wasn't listed clearly on their site, no " contact us" option. They advised me they cannot refund reoccurring orders. This is NOT a reoccurring order, this was the first one I had no intention on getting. They are refusing to allow me to return the unopened product yet their website says you can return for refund within 15 days. I would like to be able to return the unopen product as listed on their policy and get a refund.

      I placed an order for free samples at this company for 499, you only pay shipping. I received the samples they were ineffective therefore I wouldn't be purchasing any more product or purchasing a subscription. May 30th 2025 I checked my bank account and noticed a charge of $116. 46, from this company. The charge was attributed to full size products of the samples I purchased to sample which I like I said didn't work. I went on to message the company support line ******************************** wherein I received a reply that said my order was already fulfilled therefore I wasn't able to get a refund as well as they canceled my subscription for me. When I never purchased a subscription plan in the first place and if purchasing the samples equals agreeing to purchasing a subscription it wasn't clearly stated. I showed them documents that I screenshot where at the time of me messaging them the order was unfulfilled. The next morning the order was still unfulfilled. The order was actually unfulfilled until not long before the gentleman messaged me to tell me that the order was shipped and there was nothing they could do. I messaged them back saying I would like to create a return once the products reach me. I wouldn't open them or mess with them so I would just literally send them right back and I could receive my money back. I have contacted them through chat message, email, and the phone number provided which actually isn't even the phone number for the company so I'm not sure why they list that as their phone number it goes to some random voicemail. I saw on here and a couple other websites that a lot of people have experienced the same situation where they were charged for subscription they weren't clear on purchasing, they asked for a refund and cancellation, they received the cancellation but they were told they couldn't get a refund. Some of these people even sent in the returns and never received their money back. I want my money back with a return.

      I struggle with ****, so I was scrolling ******** and saw an add for this medication that you can try for free and just pay shipping. Boy oh boy should I not have done that. The product came in about a week, it was fine but before I finished taking it, $140 bucks came out of my account for full orders of every single product I sampled. I never agreed to any type of recurring order starting. This is not oh I forgot to cancel, I literally never ordered anything but the samples. But honestly whatever, I thought I just could reach out to customer service and cancel the order and get My money back. ****! I have called the phone line and left at least a dozen messages over the last week and a half, and they also have a chat function. I have sent over 20 messages in the last 24 hours and not even an acknowledgment to tell me an agent will be with me or the wait time. Does this company even exist or do they just get you to buy the samples and steal your money??
