  One star is too many. Proton Keto is a rip off. I ordered one bottle for $24.99 and free shipping. 5 minutes later I was charged $59 and $199. My bank, USAA, declined the $59 charge but unfortunately the $199 went through. I immediately canceled my credit card, opened a fraud report with USAA, and complained to Proton Keto. Proton Keto's first response was I could return the 5 bottles, but at my expense and no promise of a refund. OR - I could accept a $100 refund and keep the 5 bottles. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service. They want me to "get your bank on the line with us and we can work something out." Why not just refund the $199 without all of the drama? I also complained to the Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney General Fraud Line. Since I cancelled my credit card, Proton Keto cannot keep charging me for a "subscription" that I never ordered. This outfit should be shut down.

  Proton keto is a scam.*************************** should know that the company she is advertising for is a scam.I ordered ONE bottle and was charged for 5 and another product without my permission for $199.00 Five minutes later I called customer support and the representative would not cancel my order but agreed to charge me for one bottle for $60.00 Major scam !

  Zero stars. I thought I was ordering a bottle of the keto gummies, but when I saw my **nfirmation email(s) there were two orders, one for a 5 bottle pack at $199.88, I thought I was buying one bottle and a se**nd order for $59.99 for two bottles of detox. The representative said I didn't "uncheck" the box to add it. This is extremely misleading and far more money than I was expecting. I immediately tried to call, but **uldn't get through, then sent email messages to cancel the order immediately and to not charge my card. After receiving no response within an hour, I called and was told that I needed to do a three-way call with my credit card **mpany in order to cancel. I called my credit card ** and they do not do three-way calls and said I just needed to email the **mpany to cancel and after the charges are posted, I **uld dispute the charges. I called Proton again and was offered a 50% dis**unt, which is still grossly overpriced. I told ****** I do not want the products and I'm not paying for them. He said, despite my emails and previous call, that the order was put through and once I receive it, I'll have to call them back for instructions to return the products. This **mpany is a **mplete SCAM. Save yourself a headache and do not purchase from them.

  I placed an order, which turned out to be much higher, and a second charge was also made for additional money. I called to cancle and was given a few different discounts to accept. She would not allow me to cancel my order. They dont even provide their customer service phone number on their website I had to get it from the bbb. She told me I cannot cancel that they want their products to go out. If I would not accept any of the discounts,she has other customers to take care of and hung up on me.

  I ordered 2 bottles of keto gummies. They charged me for more than I ordered. They added things without my approval. When I called, as soon as I challenged the validity, they hung up! I called back, they said it already shipped but I never received any notice of shipment and it was the next morning that I called. They offered me a 35% discount, but I wanted to cancel as now they have my info and what if they just keep charging me for things I did not order.Total scam I ordered $104 worth of products and was charged $169 and $59.99 for almost $230!

  Scam!! Sales price 39.99, but billed $199.88. called to cancel and then another charge of $59.99 appeared on my card, have no idea what that is for. They will not cancel the order. Disputed on my credit card and they are insisting on a "three way phone call" with the bank to make some kind of a deal to have the dispute dropped. I can't believe I fell for this. What a nightmare.

  Scam. The dispute was dropped, has been charged back to my credit card, still waiting for a refund which I have an email from you stating the refund is in progress. I have no order number or confirmation number for the ***** charge as I DID NOT order that but was charged. Your website seems to have disappeared also. Credit card people knew I was calling about a Keto Gummies scam before I even said anything, interesting.

  I ordered from what appeared to be a valid website 5 bottle for *****. I got an email with invoice for ******, looked on my credit card and they also charged ***** additional in a separate transaction. I called to cancel my order, and a foreign person sounding oriental answered and said Wha do ya wan now? I hung up afraid of any crazy charges on my cell phone. I immediately called my credit card and disputed the charges and cancelled my card for fraud.

  I decided to cancel my order. And they would not cancel it after I emailed them three times. And in between the second and third email they shipped out the product. You will not be given a chance to see the amount before you complete your order and don't be surprised that when it's $200 plus shipping right now.

  Scammers! These folks are all over Instagram, Facebook, and everywhere else. I ordered $39.99 for 3 bottles and got charged for 199.00 I did not authorize. Called the company and told them cancel my order and supposedly got shipped. I'm in Social security that was my grocery money! Finally to get any money back I had to agree to getting $100 money back or I got nothing!
