I first purchased the product in March 2025. I had only wanted to try it for a month. It ended up being a 3 month ordeal. The website said if you cancel within an hour then they would not process it. I tried doing this and the website was out of service. I called my credit card company. They blocked the payment in April. I still received more products. They charged me in May 2025. I again tried to cancel my subscription and I haven't heard anything. How can I get them to cancel this? and leave me alone?Initial Complaint

Hello I purchased Botanix on April 6, 2025, I still havent received my product. Ive reached out to Botanix several times. And the issue is still unresolved. I purchased through this company with the hopes of receiving an authentic product but the product was not authentic. They have bundle that I bought and when I received the bundle the oil that comes with me was wrapped in a different wrapper than what was advertised. It smells nothing like batana oil and they have on their website that they have a 30 day money back from when you receive your product if youre not satisfied and Im not satisfied with it because they falsely advertised something and deliver something else I reached out to them because it states to send the product back you must email them to get the return address I got an email with no resolution and telling me I cant get a refund unless it one of 5 choices which isnt what is advertised on the website when I then emailed them this and let them know they ignored my email. This is extremely disappointing as its my first time and last time ever ordering from such a poor customer service and ignoring my emails trying to get my refund. I dont think anyone should give their money here because they dont appreciate ones business and I shouldnt be forced to keep something that Im not satisfied with or isnt what is advertised.Initial Complaint

The first time they emailed me back and states they would look into it. I never received any follow up. I contacted them through ******** and no reply. I went to ****************************** to purchase items from the black friday sale. I paid $170 for a hair growth package and batana oil in which one of the items, the chebe hair growth i didnt receive, i didnt receive one container of batana oil and then the batana oil and hair capsules that i did receive were not like the ones pictured. I have submitted a request several times asking for someone to contact me but no response. I have used the items because im led to believe they have scammed me. Im requesting a full refund. This product was ordered on December 3, 2024, by my minor child. After discovering this order, I contacted the company via their support email, in order to cancel this order. Ordered this product in October, their tracking # said delivered, it was not. There is no way to contact them for real. They don't respond to anything. They keep sending emails for their other products. This company is a scam. I should have checked BBB before I spent my money. I purchased this product from ****************************** on 9/5/2024. I paid $39.98 for 2 of the batana oil products. It claims to be 100% batana oil then I got the product and there was about 25 other ingredients listed before batana oil which means there's barley any in the product. I reached out to the company, I got a reply back saying to review the return policy and then email them back. I did that, I met the qualifications for the return so I emailed again and another two times. They have stopped all communication with me. They have not refunded me as of yet.Initial Complaint

I ordered this product on Aug 21st. The product received is not what was described. This is not pure and contains a ton of ingredients on the box. I contacted the company within 30 days of receiving per their website and haven't been contacted with an address to return product and receive refund. I have sent them proof of order date and date product was received. It is within their 30 day period and now they are not responding. This product is unopened. I want my refund. it is bad enough that I will be short-changed paying for return shipment.
