My apartment complex has a contract with Valet Living, with the pick up garbage from our doors, Sunday through Thursday at 7PM. A few times they have looked me over. After moving in, it's just me here 3 weeks out of the month. I put out one bag of garbage and a recycling bag a month, I'm charged $17 to $35 a month which fluctuates month to month. I feel the complex is making a windfall on us. It's not included in our rent, we are billed separately for utilities. How much can one pickup a month cost? I need answers and the people at your office refuses to tell me. The complex won't talk about it either. I need answers. How much is one pickup a month for one person with a 13 gallon bag? I live at the ************************* in *******, ****************** hired this company for trash valet service. Most of the time my trash is not being picked up. They are always leaving my trash behind, today is the third time this month they leave trash behind. I pray for this service but have to take my own trash out constantly. The issue is I can't leave my trash outside for them to get the next day because then my complex will give me for leaving the trash outside. So if I have to take my own trash out, what am I paying for?Review from Alainna P

Basically what everyone else said. Dont even attempt to come get trash. It has been three days, I take my own trash out after they dont come through because I will get charged for having trash bags outside. Awful monopoly that we all have to be forced into. We are close to the dumpster so why are we doing this? Our trash fee has doubled. For nothing.Review from Ray W

For the third time in a month, the trash outside our apartment door was not picked up! I took a photo, so there is no excuse. The bag was certainly not heavy...I am 80 years old and had no problem with picking it up and taking it to the bin myself. Today is Tuesday March 5th 2024 and my trash was not taken due to a “ripped bag” . This is unacceptable whoever you have working the Meadow Parc apartments needs to be retrained . Your company already doesn’t provide consistent service and one of your employees pulls this stunt. It may not seem like a big deal to anyone else but this is an included service I pay my monthly rent for . Not a single rip so now I have to bash your company for poor workers.Review from Nik H

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company is awful. My wife and I PAY for valet service at our apartment (which is mandatory) and they have not picked up our trash, it has been 5 DAYS of built up trash. We kept our trash outside at 5pm to make sure we dont MISS trash pick up. We get a sticky note stating that we have a LOOSE/LEAKY trash bag. The bag is not leaky and the trash was only loose because whoever tried to pick it up ripped one on the strings. That is not our fault and now we have 5 days of trash built up. I don't know if this is because we complained about the first missed trash pick up and this is some sort of recourse. We spent all weekend trying to conserve because of YOUR mistake. And now the audacity to not even attempt to pick it up today is RIDICULOUS. I dont know if I have to file a formal complaint with the city or if I have to tell property management but this is not OK and will be dealt with.Review from Derrick J

This company is terrible for business. I previous worked with them and they communication is bad and rarely respond to anything. Even as been a worker I couldn't get assisting with anything and I love the locations I worked at. This company is not worth doing business withReview from Angela W

Worst trash service!!! They have missed my trash pickup several times. Do not live in a complex that uses this company.
