Beware, I have been hung out to dry TWICE when I went to use my HAYS provided health insurance benefits. ******************* apparently never registers you for insurance, so you will only find out you dont have coverage when you try to see a doctor ..... and you may not be able to see any doctor with a policy requiring insurance verification. This happened to me twice, Dec 21st and Jan 10th. Both times I was told by the insurance carrier and my doctor "YOU DO NOT HAVE COVERAGE", and they were right. Both times Hays neglected to register me for coverage, Despite the fact I have been paying my premiums from my paycheck every single week since I was hired starting Nov 27th.Despite not being able to receive urgent care IN BOTH SITUATIONS, Hays refuses to reimburse me for any of the premiums I have been paying.Not only am I physically harmed by not being able to access the health care i've been paying for, but now I am having to contact a lawyer, too.******************* will also lead you to believe that you are being compensated one-week of premiums ... but she will actually just be correcting an error where they charged me double for premiuems when they should not have. ***** , nor anyone in HR, ever told me that an error was made, despite finding and correcting it! I found the error myself and had to inquire what the double deduction was for.Very shady!Reconsider working with HAYs unless you dont need their provided benefits. Or maybe if ******************* doesnt work there anymore....I am requesting that my premiums be refunded since I was unable to use care over the course of two months due to neglectful policies and/or lack of prudent actions by HAYs employee(s)
