      In February 2020, I signed a contract for debt relief consolidation services with the company USCDR in Tampa. There were debts account of my husband ****** and me in the debt consolidation program. We were being charged off $200 monthly. In January 2021, I decided to communicate with the case manager Lizz T. to give lum sum amounts to settle debts sooner. She told me that she had locked the Best Buy credit card account with the amount of $828 and the Bank of America Credit card with $900. I was sent a form to wire the money with these amounts. I managed to pay directly the other two accounts of Capital One credit cards and I was solely missing two the Ashley Furniture and the Midland Credit (Ulta) which was being paid with the $200 monthly. I wrote an email for status, Monique M. explains that Lizz T. is no longer with them. I sent an email of a collection of Bank of America and I explained that I already sent the money in lum sum and it was supposed to be paid off already. The new case manager explain that the account was not locked and that the money was in my account and that she and her team will work to get a new offer to lock the BOFA account settled. (This was around March 2021) I sent forward the emails of the transactions of the previous case manager. I email to follow up the status in April and May, she states that the account was still not locked because the collection passed to another agency. She stated that the other two accounts were going to be soon be paid (Midland and Ashley). Around July 2021, Ulta the accounts are paid. She warned that it needed to be paid since it was the last payment. I asked what happened with the BOFA account and the answer "no lock". I complain that the money was giving in January and the account was locked. It was supposed to be paid. But she said she didn't know what I was talking about. In August, we decided to pause services. Midland still appears in collection in my equifax like I never paid.
