      Less than 0 value in long-term clients (+13yrs) with cold and calculated policies designed to entrap and sabotage clients. The whole company needs dismantling..

      This "credit union" charges too many fees! Monthly account fees, overdraft protection fees just to transfer your own money from one account to another, just plain old over draft fees, and they take forever to process payment causing problems with balances...that then has turned into overdraft problems. I moved and tried to close my account over the phone. Well, they had charged me a maintenance fee that caused an overdraft fee putting me in the hole. This wasn't because I overspent or didn't have enough money, my account was sitting at exactly $0 but I didn't call in quick enough before they started tacking on fees and put my account in the hole. Now they wont close it until I pay these ridiculous fees. GTE SUCKS!

      The unprofessionalism of this company is astonishing. I called and requested a payoff for my loan that had been paid by my insurance and GAP coverage due to a total loss accident. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes on multiple calls, I was quoted amounts and requested payoffs in writing which I never received. Since that was the case, every time I called again, the payoff amount had increased. I was told that these documents were mailed when in fact they had been emailed. The icing on the cake was the fact that a representative ended up shouting at me on the phone this morning and ultimately hung up on me when I asked was the call being recorded. I would not recommend this company to anyone who has the choice. I am so glad to be done with them.

      You can’t even create an account on the website or app for auto loan payments. Thinking I was creating an account to pay my auto loan they opened a new line of credit. My 14k car loan turned into a 21k car loan. Staff is unhelpful and laughed on the phone when trying to figure out how to make an account for the auto loan only. Now they’re charging me $7 every statement they mail out when I receive them on the app. Do not trust this company.

      I can’t believe I refinanced my car through this credit union bank the warranty that I got was established for the mileage and the year. I was both under when I went to get my car repaired I was informed that my warranty expired from other repairs never was I told this
      this bank never mentioned anything about it when I called them I tried to make them understand the situation they didn’t care to resolve this situation so I decided to surrender the car and now they wanna close my account stay with my money and give me a hard time. There is no customer care here.. This bank was good years ago, but in the last couple of months they’re just screwing people up stay away don’t bank with them or you also will go through it maybe not now but sooner or later you will.

      This is the worst finance company; listen carefully, I advise you not to use this company. I'm a new customer, and because I didn't check and make sure I had insurance, they added $6,000 to my $36,000 car bill; now I owe $42,000. This company is abusive, and now they're coming up with excuses that I have to pay that extra money. I advise you not to use this company.

      Horrible. Do not do Business with them. Even making your payments within the grace REMOVEDisn't good enough. They told me it is when the payment posts, not when you make the payment. In the banking world an ACH can take up to 3 days, if not more. How is that my fault? I can't help when the payment posts, I can only make the payment on time from my end through their portal. When I spoke to them, they didn't care. Bad Business. Now they get a bad review instead of waving a fee that in the grand scheme of things, is pennies for them. READ the other reviews. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.

      Started out good years ago !! But way too many issues to discuss here !! Find a institution that cares & wants to be helpful to you !! Can't even make a car payment with wifes account.. $12 charge to use a debit card to checking.. You kidding me a debit to checking is the same thing as a debit to checking account.. REMOVEDis wrong with this credit union which is suppose to be for the customer.. Yeah RIGHT !! As said LOOK Ellswhere

      Run far away from this bank. Banks are supposed to be in the business of customer care and service. They are completely rigid and provide no help or flexibility. I’ve never dealt with an institution designed for customer care with such wretched help. They opened a savings account without my knowledge when I got my auto loan. Then they proceeded to charge that savings account every time they sent out a paper bill. So when I requested to change my car payment to a different date, they said I am unable to because the account is charged off from being negative for more than 40 days. I said my account isn’t negative or behind and they said “No, your savings account is -$18.” I said I don’t have a savings account and they said it’s automatic when you get a loan. I said that’s frustrating but fine just let me pay that so I can move my loan date. They said no you can’t pay it unless you go to a branch in person and deposit cash. What?!?! A bank that doesn’t want money or have a way to take payments?! And they charge $15 to move the payment date for my auto loan. That is, if I can figure out how to make this payment and get rid of this savings account! Horrible bank! Horrible customer service!

      if I can give them those stars they would get just that. $2039 was taken out of my account. I contacted them and an employee by the name of.REMOVEDWas disgraceful no empathy in her attitude stinks. She needs to work on REMOVEDIll go get a job at REMOVED. I would never recommend here most of the time they have an attitude.
